Anastasia Gulikovsky arrives at Lion City with her Fire Wing Harness, the Saviorites coming up behind her in a helicopter.
Scorponok arrives in his own helicopter, along with the Stinger Brotherhood scorpion who wears a Fire Wing Harness.
Both groups are let in by Lyn and Sir Leon, and shown to landing pads in the city, where, upon stepping out of their Stinger-Copter, Scorponok and his group reveals that they carry with them two more Fire Wing Harnesses, but without wearers. Anastasia and Scorponok, after exchanging pleasantries with the Lions, are introduced to each other.
Anastasia: "Scorponok, Headmaster of the Stinger Brotherhood. I've heard about how fast your faction has bounced back and grown. I'm definitely impressed. I am Governess Anastasia Gulikovsky of Aether Island, leader of the Saviorites. Oh, I guess I should tell you I wear a Fire Wing Harness."
Scorponok: "Thank you. It is good to meet to, Governess, and good to know there's another Harness-bearer crossed off the list. Which brings me to the reason I'm here; I've heard that the other Harness-bearers, Scordon Freeman and Spalyx Vance, are in Lion City."

-When people went searching for them, it appeared both Spider and Scopion went out to go find something, something Bliston probably told Freeman to do or something. Hunting for other fire wings harnesses. Hopefully the tracking device on Freeman's H.O.E.V. suit can track fire wings harnesses, considering his powersuit is made from the remnants of one which had flamed into life.-
-Lion guards came back to the group, them looking confused-
Lion Guard A: "We've searched everywhere in the war-torn city, the two bugs aren't found!"
Lion Guard B: "Although some Forgotten are still in the city doing their thing or just akwardly loitering around, they can't tell us where the two went!"
Lion Guard C: "Classified they said, but we've had leads of them heading somewhere out north-east, the person whom gave us this info said they looked like they were looking for something."
When the sabertooths retreated, a lion saw an army marching (and singing about stones ). He shouted: 'rhinos are going to attack, rhinos are going to attack"
IC: *While the rhinos are still in the Great Forest, three figures clad in black stand up seemingly from the ground, debris and leaves falling off of them as they stand. One approaches the rhinos, wary of any attack on himself.* "I request to speak to your leader."
Lycor's Twinblade returns here along with the other aircraft accompanying it, and the broken Lio Nemesis. Galvanor is placed somewhere in (or below) Lion City; a maximum security prisoner whose exact location is unknown to all but the Lion King and his army.

Soon after, a grumbling Lyrix soars down from a window in the Lion Castle. The Harness-bearing scorpion spots him and announces this to Scorponok and the others he's with.
Scorponok: "Ah, so there is another Harness-bearer here, at least."
Anastasia: "A welcome surprise! I am Anastasia Gulikovsky, Governess of Aether Island and leader of the Saviorites. And you are...?"
Lyrix: "Guess my face isn't as infamous as I thought it'd be by now. I'm Lyrix, former exile and pirate captain, current reluctant goody-two-shoes, I suppose. Have any of you seen that dubious cousin of mine? I figured non-lions would give me a more honest answer to that question right now."
Anastasia: "If you're Lyrix, then you must mean King Lycor? Nay, I've not seen him since coming here."
Scorpion Harness-bearer: "I actually caught a glimpse of him coming out of a helicopter a few minutes ago. It was part of a group of 'copters coming in from the west."
Lyrix: "Wait, from the west!? They must've been coming from Eagle Spire! Did you see anyone else come out of the helicopters!?"
Scorpion: "Calm down. If you mean Lion soldiers, then yes, they came out with King Lycor. It was after the helicopters had split up and executed a strange, complex maneuver, disappearing into the depths of the city, with others going into the Great Forest and others still going behind the grounded part of Cavora. They reconverged on the castle roof landing pad."
Lyrix: "Only Lions, you're sure? No... gryphons? Scat! That's why Lycor knocked me out! So he could capture Galvanor and hide him somewhere here!"
Lycor: "Your conclusion is correct, Lyrix. My apologies for having to put you to sleep for a while."
The group whirls almost in unison, turning toward the Lion King as he and his guards walk atop the wall to the landing pad.

Lyrix: "Well, look who it is! Come to smack me across the head again?!"
Lycor: "Again, I apologize. I knew you were going to try to kill Galvanor, so it had to be done. He needed to be taken in alive."
Lyrix: "Lycor, he slayed your uncle, my father--!"
Lycor: "I know, but his knowledge of the Manta Ray Empire is too important to not utilize if the Rays attack."
Scorponok: "Lycor--I mean, King Lycor--we've come with Harness-bearers, as you can see, to discuss the Great Illumination."
Lycor: "Yes, that's very good, perfect timing even."
Anastasia introduces herself to Lycor, and the group (aside from a still seething Lyrix) discusses the locations of the other Harnesses or wearers. Lycor sends one of the Twinblades to locate Scordon and Spalyx.
Lycor: "Once all the Harness-bearers are gathered here beneath Cavora, I'll explain the plan for the Illumination."
Scorponok: "The... plan?"
Lycor: "Let's just say, it will result in a perfect world; one where war is meaningless, and death no longer exists."
Anastasia: "Well... I'm looking forward to hearing more about this plan. For now, I'll momentarily take my leave. I need to meet with one of our new allies, Governor Lincoln of the Isle of Neutrality."
At this, both Lycor and Lyrix's outward moods completely change, but in different ways.
Lyrix: "Oh, I'll go with you then! I need to visit home."
Lycor: "Oh? So you live there now, Lyrix? And Governess Gulikovsky, you've allied yourself with those Lions?"
Anastasia: "Somewhat. We're still working it out. That's why I need to go meet with him. Gentlemen, I bid you farewell."
Anastasia and Lyrix, after the former bows respectfully, leave in the Saviorites' helicopter to let their Fire Wings "recharge".
Lycor: "Saviorites... Definitely a faction I'll need to keep watch on."
Scorponok: "Had you heard of them before?"
Lycor: "I may have, but if so, it was a long time ago. That they kept their existence secret until now, and allied with a group of Lion deserters, is definitely suspicious."
Scorponok: "Say, Lycor, how about you explain to me your plan for the Illumination? Seeing as how the two of us are essentially the ones organizing this, though we're not Harness-bearers ourselves."
Lycor: "...Alright."
Lycor, Scorponok, and the Harness-bearing scorpion go to a private office in the Lion Castle.

Lycor, Scorponok, and the Harness-bearing scorpion go to a private office in the Lion Castle.
When behind closed doors, the Lion King speaks: "My plan is to fuse the living realm with the Chi Ghost Realm."
Scorponok: "Fuse?"
Lycor: "Yes. By using a Great Illumination, through which the universe can be reshaped by the Harness-bearers, we can have them draw our planet and the neighboring Chi Ghost Realm together. Since all Chimians' souls spawn in the Chi Ghost Realm after 'death', it can be surmised that, if both realms are one and the same, anyone you 'slay' in battle will simply... reappear moments later."
Scorpion Harness-bearer: "But they'd reappear as ghosts. What good would that do?"
Lycor: "That's the thing; we've known ever since the Balthazar Campaign that Chi Ghosts, despite not being tangible by us, can fully interact with any physical objects in our world. This gives them an obvious advantage in battle."
Scorponok: "I see... you're saying this would be a world where anyone you 'kill' would come back immediately, and in a more powerful state than you who'd just felled them."
Lycor: "Precisely. Not only would 'death' as a concept essentially cease to exist, war would become completely null and void; utterly pointless."
Scorpion Harness-bearer: "I don't get it. War is already pointless, yet it'll always happen all the same. That's just the nature of sapient beings."
Lycor: "That's where you're wrong. Think about it: a world where any enemy soldier you strike down will reappear minutes, if not seconds, later, now in a state that gives them an advantage over you. Oh, and if you fall? Then you'll become a Chi Ghost as well; unable to destroy each other in any capacity, the duel--no, the war--is brought to an unquiestionable stalemate."
Scorponok: "Any and all soldiers on both sides who fall, essentially returning to life... Every enemy you strike down just pops right back up, and can resume the fight as if nothing happened. That would also make it impossible to seize another faction's territory by force."
Lycor: "Indeed. In such a world, everyone would realize that warring is a futile effort, and would have literally no choice but to put down their weapons and... talk. We'd all have no choice but to cease fighting, look together to the future, and advance alongside one another, uninterrupted by pointless wars. The Realm-Merging Plan is the closest to utopia you can get."
Scorpion Harness-bearer: "Seems a bit scary to me... living alongside phantoms, unable to effectively fight back against anyone. That could give rise to a dominant regime with no one able to contest their control."
Lycor: "No it wouldn't, because how would they be able to become dominant in the first place? There can be no dominant faction, if no one can physically thin the numbers of other faction's soldiers. As I said, war would be futile on all accounts."
Scorponok: "What about the matter of the Elemental Balance?"
Lycor: "That would be solved as well, right before the Harness-bearers fuse the realms. An erasure of elemental powers should be easy with an Illumination."

Scorpion Harness-bearer: "The thing that worries me is, how long will it take for everyone to put down their weapons and 'talk', as you say, even in a world like that? To un-learn war is a lot to ask of sapients. What if we all slayed each other before finally agreeing to cease conflict? Then every one of us would be left as ghosts, which means we'd have no children, no descendants, so history would stagnate--"
Scorponok: "Forgive my brother-in-arms' whataboutisms, Lycor. It's in his nature; debating has always been a strength of his."
Scorpion Harness-bearer: "Headmaster--!"
Scorponok: "While there are potential downsides to your plan, Lycor, that's true of just about any plan in existence. There's no such thing as a perfect plan, or one that leads to an objective utopia, since the many beings in this world all have their own idea of what a utopia would look like. However, your plan does sound like the closest to utopia we can get, as you said."
Lycor: "Precisely. I had a feeling you'd be the first to understand, Scorponok, due to our shared experience in the Great Forest not long ago..."
The Lion King eyes the scorpion Harness-bearer.
Lycor: "However, the ones who will initiate the Illumination themselves must of course be in agreement. I must confirm: do you agree to carry out this plan?"
The scorpion glances at Scorponok.
Scorpion Harness-bearer: "...I agree...if the Headmaster agrees. Even if I'm critical of a plan, I have faith in his decision. We of the Stinger Brotherhood will follow Scorponok, whatever path he deems right."
The lion's lip twitches, but he then smiles as Scorponok nods.
Lycor: "Excellent. I'm glad to have you both on my side. Pardon the cliche, but you Harness-bearers truly will be the ones to save the world. Now, unless you have more business to discuss, I must bid you two farewell for now, as I've other important matters to address."
The two scorpions nod, bow politely, and leave the room.
Lycor shakes his head and mutters: "Such blind patriotism, such limitless, almost childish faith in his tribe...as always, it will lead irrevocably to disappointment, to despair, even. That scorpion must be in his late twenties, at most. Ah, to be young and delusional...it takes me back to just a few years ago. If I didn't know better, I'd be envious of him; ignorance can be bliss. Still, if that blind faith in his leader is what convinced him to go along with the Realm-Merging Plan, so be it."

Now, the two scorpions talk in a secluded part of Lion City.
Scorponok: "I'll pretend to go along with Lycor's plan. You do, too."
Harness-bearing scorpion: "Why though?"
Scorponok: "I may not be able to see Lycor, but the tone of his voice was one that indicated he wouldn't take 'no' for an answer. If we'd refused to go with his plan, he would've seized the Harness you wear, and given it to some 'destined' lion who'll do anything his King says; he already confiscated the two other Harnesses we brought to 'keep them secure', after all. Hence why we need to pretend we're following Lycor's plan, right up until the decisive moment, if we want to make the Phoenix Mortality Plan a reality."
Harness-bearing scorpion: "Oh, I see. I didn't even think of it like that; guess that's why you're our Headmaster, huh?"
Scorponok: "Lycor is fully devoted to his plan, but I am to mine as well. The problems with the Realm-Merging Plan that you brought up are all valid, and while the Phoenix Mortality Plan obviously isn't perfect, the former's downsides outweigh the latter's. I can understand where Lycor is coming from, especially due to recent events, but his idea is far too extreme; I won't let him turn Chima into a netherworld where we all might as well be ghosts."
Harness-bearing scorpion: "Right. I'm with you to the end, Sire."

Soon after, Anastasia Gulikovsky and Lyrix (along with, presumably, Scordon and Spalyx; TheFirstDecade) return to Lion City to rendezvous with the scorpion Harness-bearer. The other two Fire Wing Harnesses here are tried on by various lions in the hope of finding another destined wearer.

I'm late aren't I?
OOC: It's more so that I'm early, since I just wanted something to finally happen here.
