Okay, explanations first.
I created this topic on the Ninjago forum back before the LMB's closed. It was a place for people to talk about how they thought a Chima and Ninjago crossover would be handled. However, nobody really payed any attention to it. So, I decided to reopen it here.
This time, I put it up on the Chima forum, because it didn't really get any posts on the Ninjago forum. This is probably due to a lot of Ninjago fans strongly disliking Chima. As an added bonus, I know little people who dislike Ninjago. Those ways, this topic would be better off here.
Now, let's get some rules out of the way:
1. If you hate Chima and/or Ninjago, that's fine. You're entitled to your own opinion. That said, you don't have any reason to come on here just to spark a flamewar.
2. Please don't take this as a fan project. This is just here so that anyone can come together and discuss how they would hande a crossover between Chima and Ninjago.
3. If you think a user did a bad job on a crossover, it's best you say that in a calm and constructive way.
4. Please keep your ideas organized and tidy, by discussing the villains, heroes, E.T.C in order.
And with the rules dealt with, that's it! Now we just need to share our ideas on how the land of Chima, and the island of Ninjago can cross over.
Easy answer. It wouldn't. They're too different, and I think a crossover wouldn't look good from either side. Just let both themes have completely separate story.

It's just a topic to share ideas. Like I said, you don't have to destroy this topic.

Well one of the reasons I was disappointed with season 6 of Ninjago was that they teased a realm-crossing adventure, but did nothing with it. I think a crossover would work if the ninja used the realm crystal to go to other realms, and then went to Chima. The ninja and Chima heroes would have to team up (some people say they would fight, but I don't think that would make sense) to battle an evil threat from another realm.
I don't know who this new villain would be, but he'd have the power to travel through different realms, causing the Chima and Ninjago characters to need to team up and take him down. If Lego did this, the sets would most likely be Ninjago-centric, but I wouldn't mind that, because I love Ninjago too. I'd like to say it could be a movie, but unfortunately I doubt it. If it was a season of Chima, I'd want Laval to be the main character. If it was a season of Ninjago, I'd want Zane to be the main character.
In conclusion, I think a "Chima-Go" crossover would be unlikely but awesome.

I agree wholeheartedly, especially with the last sentence that sums it all up.

How about this villain: Pythor. He could be searching for a place other than Ninjago to conquer, and then run across Lord Vortech (No, I didn't play Dimensions.). Vortech gives Pythor the Realm Crystal, and Pythor must give Vortech an unlimited Chi supply in return.
So Pythor goes realm-hopping, and finds a realm that interweaves all space and time. Pythor raises an army of Anacondrai by going into this realm, and launches his attack on Chima.
The animals of Chima assume that the Anacondrai are a "snake tribe". You see, by having only Serpentine characters visit Chima, the crossover is less silly. Simple as that.
P.S. The pilots are not season 1 and the nonexistant crossover was teased in season 5, not 6.
