Dimrill Dale was a valley on the east side of the Misty Mountains, beneath the Redhorn, Silvertine, and Cloudyhead peaks. It was the eastern end of Redhorn Pass and was bordered by the Dimrill Stair.
This region borders Moria, the Field of Celebrant, Lorien, and the Gladden Fields. It borders the Misty Mountains to the west.
As usual, this region provides 1,000 MWE to whoever claims it.
*5, 000 500 Moria troops enter, with 300 SWE, and claim the region for Moria.*
Generation: 25%
Walls before the East Gate: 10%
20%
Um, I'm pretty sure those moves are nulled. There is an opposing army present that clearly intends to fight, so I believe you can't construct these walls yet. Correct, KitKat?

Unless the rules here are different different to the FA RP, they are not. When a similar incident arose there, I learnt that if the enemy is on the other side of the region, quite probably unable to even see or hear it's happening, you can carry on. I believe that generation stops once they enter, but they have to be reasonably close to stop building.

I believe that the rule here is that no generation/building of any sort can happen until the day after arrival, and if enemy troops enter with the intention of attacking (not necessarily a matter of distance, especially given the size of this region), all generation/building must halt. That's the impression I've gotten from the rules at least.

But remember this is a small region. I think that just being in the region would be engough to stop building.

It's quite a large region, actually. The dale itself is small, but as this region borders Lorien, it includes almost as much land as the Golden Wood (half the length of the Silverlode).
