Yo fellow baddies, it's time to start planning. Make sure everything important is in jammers here. Let us commence plotting to take over Middle Earth. I'm MLB, leader of Harad and its sub-HQ Umbar.
One mod to rule them all and in the darkness ban them - Lord of the Mods "I am the Mod Reborn!" - masterlegobuilders I'm the real boss
{JAMMERS! -Evil!- ONLY!} So, here's what I think we should try. We each fight our own battles for the most part, but each of us sends a small contingent to "gang up" on Bree/Rivendell. If we take Forodwaith/Forochel and that area, plus Redhorn, High Pass and The Gap of Rohan, then we can restrict acsess to the Bree Region and have 50,000+ units ravaging the countryside while waging a defensive war on the other side. Once 90% of that territory is taken, we switch tactics, fighting defensive on Bree's side of the area, and fighting offensive from The South, by Mordor/Harad and Khand.
Tul Generas of the Orcs, Darthraxx of the dragon Knights. I RP, and have lots of fun.

{JAMMERS! -Evil- ONLY!} Sounds good. My plan for Mordor is to seize Osgiliath and Cair Andros, cutting myself off from Gondor. I'll send a small force to Bree, as you suggested. If things seem to be working, I'll probably send some troops north, to claim the regions north of Mordor, and block Erebor's path south.

{JAMMERS! -Evil!- ONLY!} Great! I'm planning on taking the High Pass, RedHorn Pass, Hollin and the Dimrill Dale, and then defend those and that's it until All the 4 points are conquered.

{JAMMERS! -EVIL- ONLY!}Mt Gundabad is going to be pressured a lot from the three HQs close by. I would hole up in there and prepare for a siege, setting up traps there for the unavoidable siege.
I'm going to focus on Gondor and DA with my fleet and the Haradrim, and I also plan on claiming coastal regions all along Middle-Earth. If I can get an army behind Gondor at S. Ithilien I think I can defeat them, especially if they have to commit forces to defend against Mordor as well. Reinforcements to you in at the Misty Mountains rely on a quick and decisive victory at the Gondorian front, which would result in a siege of Minas Tirith, and a victory at the sea battle. If more ships could be built and sent down the Anduin by Mordor it would help greatly in the battle against DA as well. Not necessarily with troops on board, just pure NWE.
Now, the only problem with your plan MM is that they will overwhelm you at either all the places or one. Again, I suggest holing up in Moria and fighting inside the Mines, using the natural environment to your advantage such as the bridge and the small entrances. If they don't attack Dimrill immediately place a skeleton garrison there to chip off as many troops as possible, plus leave traps. Hollin can be defended though as there will be little pressure there as EE's forces will be split up claiming regions and defending the High Pass + Redhorn.
If Rhun could bring troops to attack Erebor and those surrounding HQs they could be locked into that general area, but not by direct confrontation, just by skirmishes and attacks on less well defended regions on a wide belt, forcing them to spread there forces thin on the ground, perhaps creating an opportunity to storm in.
Isengard should focus on helping MM and oppressing Rohan to keep them busy, while using the Dunlanders to claim regions off EE and to defend Hollin a little.
This is just a rough guide for us to start working on, we will refine it as time goes on, as I know it isn't great. But then, what do you expect from my head Oh, and Thrawn, I can't wait to hear your opinion

{JAMMERS! -Evil!- ONLY!} Me and Shamrock are planning to conquer Hollin and The Dimrill with larger forces, because their are two regions through their: Moria and the Redhorn. I understand that you'll probably need to hole up slightly in the beginning, but if you can send troops that would help. Don't worry, I understand that they'll attack us all over. That's why I'm hoping for help.

{JAMMERS! -Evil- ONLY!} If my plan goes as intended, Gondor will be held back at Osgiliath and Cair Andros, meaning that you won't have to fight at South Ithilien.
It is still undecided if Emyn Muil will be a crossing point in this RP; if it is, then I'll have to stretch my forces thinly, and Gondor may break through. However, Minas Morgul and the Black Gate can both stand siege, so I can last out even if they win the passage of the Anduin. Hopefully we'll keep it, though.
I suggest that you (MLB) try and capture Tolsfalas. If you can get a base there, you should be able to besiege Dol Amroth for a long time. When we switch to offensive in the east, I plan on taking a large force and smashing through Osgiliath or Cair Andros, whichever one is weaker at that time. If the Anorien falls to us, Gondor will be cut of from it's allies. Hopefully Rohan will be busy with Isengard, meaning that Gondor alone will have to try and hold Minas Tirith from all sides.
