I'm going to give you a strategy to use with the Uruk Hai since I made the original troop list.
Uruk Hai scouts: They are the single best unit Isengard has to offer. They are only worth 1 MWE, but they have an insane advantage over enemies. Each one carries a sword and a bow made from spring steel and yew. Since Uruk hai are stronger than the average man they can fire volleys with greater range than enemy men or even elves. This is ridiculously powerful if used correctly.
If you ever have an army that you need to deal with that's marching, or out in the open, send in a force of Uruk scouts during the night. You can position them in range, but out of enemy range, and use their stealth bonus to prevent enemies seeing them. Then you can rain down and kill hundreds of enemy soldiers. When they start pursuit, you can turn and run using the scout's mobility to get them away from their enemies and get into an advantageous position. Then you can turn back around and fire another volley, all out of range of the enemies. They also have swords to use if they need to.
Their main weakness is Cavalry, as seen in the Two Towers when Ugluk's band of scouts are slaughtered by Eomer's horsemen. They also are fairly weak armoured, so open battlefield combat is not very advantageous. But as far as striking from the shadows and harassing enemy armies, they cannot be beat. You can also use them to lure opponents into traps using the hit and run tactics I described.
Basically, they are the best thing you can use against infantry, especially Bree which is very infantry heavy. I hope you can use them well, I'm very excited to see what they can get done.

{JAMMERS! -EVIL- ONLY!} I need help in Khand. I am outnumbered six to one, and more attacking troops are coming. I need help. I have a good defense, but it won't hold them forever. Just beware, the first two walls a rigged to collapse from too much weight, so don't go onto them with many troops.
{JAMMERS! EVIL ONLY!} I think I'm going to do a feint attack on Pelargir, then return to Lebennin with a larger force. I'm not sure If that'll work, but I think it could.
{JAMMERS! -Evil!- ONLY!} Not really, other than that MLB is trying to reclaim his lost siege engines by way of Rebooting the battle. Which I do not want to do, desite the fact that it's about 20K to 5K.
Tul Generas of the Orcs, Darthraxx of the dragon Knights. I RP, and have lots of fun.
{JAMMERS! -EVIL- ONLY!}I'm spread kinda thin defending all my new reigions, I'll give you half of East Rhovanion if you promise to send help in an attack.
{JAMMERS! -Evil!- ONLY!} Well, my Morian Troops aren't doing anything right now, because no-one is resonding. As for Gundabad, well. . . It just got a lot better. I was fighting a losing battle, but I just got 16K reinforcements, so we'll see how that it. Actually, if you could smash KK's troops in the Dimrill and move to besiege Erebor, that would be helpful.

{JAMMERS! -Evil- ONLY!} I am under siege in Rhun. And Khand is under attack. At Khand though, LB isn't responding and we are arguing so that could take a while.
