I'd say that they will turn up later, Iron Doom seems pretty Final Boss-ish, Desert Lighting would show up when the story heats up (rising action maybe?), I'd imagine the Forge with the Fusion Dragon will show up pretty soon, but the Dragon will show up much later.
Desert Lightning is actually the only set to show up thus far, but ya.

I was honestly dissapointed with Hands of Time. My problems with it range from the lack of good villains, to the heroes going out of character. I would say it improved over DotD in some ways, but a great season? I say no.

Yeah, at some points it felt a little out of place, especially with how far they've developed.
Not all Hands of Time episodes are out yet in English, but I'm really enjoying the season so far. I definitely like it way better than Skybound.
Of the sets, I have the Vermillion Attack and Desert Lightning so far. They are both cool sets, but I think my favorite set of the wave (that I don't have yet) is Dawn of Iron Doom. DoID and Dragon's Forge are both pretty pricey, but I'd recommend DoID over DF.
That's pretty much all I have to discuss about HoT without giving spoilers.

Not to say I've seen it yet, because I haven't. My sisters and I are re-watching the Ninjago series, and frankly, we'd like to finish the series first. However, I've gotten little glimpses! Which might not be a good thing. I already know what awesome things happens at the end, but thankfully I don't know how the climax is resolved. At first I had low hope for this season, but now I'm thinking it might be okay. There seems to be a good amount of comedy and decent plot-line! Just don't raise your hopes too high.
