Hello! MO here....
I was hopeing perhaps to have a discuss on the overall look and feel for this new website? Like, what exactly do we want? I think it would be nice if we could make it look like the old MBs. Maybe not an EXACT copy as to avoid copyright issues, plus we'd also use artwork and emotes....
Regardless, what are the current plans for the design department? Is there any help needed in that field?

Those look fantastic, MO! At the moment we're pretty early on in the project so our first priority is getting the boards set up, and getting the archives saved, but site design is definitely one of our top priorities that we want to do early.
As such, we don't have any concrete plans for site design as of yet, but that will come fairly shortly. The staff team will definitely need help in that regard, though, so, if you're offering...

Well, we could have an open to change the background like: light/dark, changing the colors so that they blend in.
On my test site there are options to allow users to change "themes" if they so wish. For example: We could set up a site default theme then have various options includ light, dark Ninjago and LMB Classic themes.... Then users can select their favorite depending.

As as you might noticed the design team and I have spiffed up the layout for now.... What do you all think? Does it look nice with the blue and orange? Feedback is apreciated.

It looks good, although I'm not a huge fan of the "Eternal" font and the orange might work better if it were more of a yellow-orange.

I think for now it would be better if we didn't have too many Mods/Staff. We have all we need for a site this size.
