"Of course." He directs ten of the soldiers to escort Xavic to the stables.
Once inside the stables Gor'El pounces on the Xain while Xavic swings at the soldier nearest to him.
"Gor'El find that accursed Kane and take him to Darthraxx!" Xavic commands his dragon.
Gor'El bursts outside and starts to take off.
A couple of the other Xain hear the commotion and rush to help. Six of them hold out their hands and the wind begins gusting on all sides of Gor'El, rendering him unable to fly. The other six draw their weapons and turn to Xavic.

Gor'El charges towards them shooting lightning.
(If Xavic still has his swords ignore this bit) Xavic picks up a pitchfork and jabs at the nearest Xain. "You people are very annoying..."
(If he does have his swords) Xavic draws his swords and gets into a defensive stance.

They make a series of gestures, and the ground underneath Gor'El opens up and pulls him down.
Xavic still has his swords. As he prepares to fight, the rest of the Xains arrive, trailed by a new, unfamiliar Xain, and a handsome man dressed in brown and red. The soldier in charge of the escort shouts as he draws his weapon: "What in Zith's name is going on here? We warned you about breaking your oath!" He steps forward and raises the sword.
The handsome man steps in his way. "Calm yourself, Warin. What did you expect? He is your enemy. Clearly he feels a strong loyalty to his friends. Berac was a fool to think he wouldn't."
Warin stands down. "Yes, General."
The General directs the ten Xains confronting Xavic to take his weapons and bind his hands, and then bring him to his quarters. He directs the rest to keep the dragon in the earth, excluding his head, until this is sorted out. He turns to Xavic. "It will be easiest if you come quietly. I have no desire to harm you, or your dragon. I merely wish to talk."
OOC: Was Xavic at the war council in the Dragon Knights HQ?

Xavic studies the man, lowers his swords and whistles for Gor'El to stop.
"You seriously trusted the word of a former thief? An oath means nothing unless it's signed with blood and honor." Xavic laughs "You're right about that, Berac is a fool."
"And I merely wish I would stop meeting you people. I assume that if I don't comply your men will fight me to the ground, bind me and then we'll have that talk?"

OOC: War Council? when was that? was that the point that they were planning to bring in the Dragons from the mountains, or when? I remember having one, and I'm pretty sure Xavic was their for part of it at least. but what was discussed in their again?
Tul Generas of the Orcs, Darthraxx of the dragon Knights. I RP, and have lots of fun.

OOC: That was after the Xains arrived but before they began their attack. The main plan was to use Amaranth's magic to strong effect, but clearly that didn't happen. Xavic was there for the part that I care about for this.

OOC: If it was just before the Xain's attack then Xavic was there, yes, but he just sat there I think.

OOC: I do't believe so.
"Most likely. Please, follow me now, and neither you nor your dragon will be harmed."
As the man speaks, Xavic suddenly recognizes him. He was the friend of Lexos who came to the war council to talk to him.

OOC: He came in when Lexos did, and was there when Lexos left, which is what's important for my purposes.

OOC: Got it.
The General motions for one of the Xains to follow him, the one that Xavic doesn't recognize. He tells the rest of them to busy themselves with whatever they need to do, and the sorcerers to keep Gor'El trapped, but not to hurt him.
Xavic is led up to one of the rooms. The General closes the door behind them. "I'm sure you have a lot of questions. I will answer them, in time, but I believe introductions are in order first. I am Dror, General of House Sparrow." He points at the soldier. "This is Ormrir, my most trusted lieutenant. Now, unlike my compatriots, I believe the best way to end this war is with a peaceful agreement that will allow my people to return home and leave yours in peace. I have already discussed this with Lexos of the Forest Band. I believe he would vouch for me if necessary. Unfortunately, I don't have a method of communication with him right now, so that will not be an option. Nonetheless, I hope you can trust me, at least a little. It would be best for all of us."
