{JAMMERS! -Shamrock- ONLY!} I was looking back at the original conversation about the duel, and you said you wanted Demiu to win but get bady injured in the process. I want to end this soon, so would you like to start setting up for that now? I was thinking Corellus would get a minor injury, Demiu would get a major one, and then Corellus would be wounded again and defeated.
Demiu ripostes, then takes a step back, watching the general.
"Drake ex Malthorn. House Dragon." shakes the General's hand. "I'm sorry solider, I was on an undercover mission from my father." Xavic smiles weakly.
Echain laughs. "Of course he's a general. Otherwise, he'd be kneeling, wouldn't he?" The General looks Xavic in the eyes. "Wouldn't he?" Without warning, he roundhouse punches Xavic in the jaw, knocking him to the ground. "That's better." He turns to the soldier. "Why did you bring him in?"
"He didn't know the proper signals for visiting the mages, sir. He said he had been told to bring them two swords by a Lance Corporal Arivis of House Jackal. The mages hadn't heard anything about it, and I don't recognize the name. Sir."
Echain crouches down next to Xavic. "Neither do I. Tell me, Drake ex Malthorn of House Dragon, who are you really?"
"I'm one of the Emperor's messengers. I was sent here to keep an eye on Rinar and some other Houses." *Xavic hopes this works.*

OOC: a note. typically, when put in a situation where you were caught lying, you don't fib again, particularly with a large fib. Typically, they will do something to call for help/get out of their, and then stall until they can put their plan into action. For example, Jack Sparrow, especially in a situation such as the beginning of number 4. but, you know, whatever works for the character I guess.
Tul Generas of the Orcs, Darthraxx of the dragon Knights. I RP, and have lots of fun.

Not far into the woods, the forest knights are busy. They use hatchets and to cut mid-sized trees and string them from trees to form a five foot wall with a small gap underneath. It essentially forms a part ring around their camp while providing a way of escape.
OOC: For clarification, most forest soldiers, at least with Harfor are equipped with light leather armor, a few with steel plates, a water canteen, a hatchet, a small coil of rope, a dagger, and weapons

{JAMMERS! -Shamrock- ONLY!} No. It doesn't matter.
Observing the general's lack of balance, Demiu lashes out at Corellus' leg.
Corellus tries to correct his stance and block Demiu's attack, but fails. He takes a few stumbling steps backward, and then regains his balance and moves his sword to a defensive position.

"I see. In that case, why don't you recite the Imperial Oath of Service?"

Corellus attacks with a thrust, but twists his wrist at the last moment to turn it into a horizontal slash at Demiu's stomach.

'Sure thing..." Xavic grabs the General's collar and knees him in the stomach, as he does this he grabs the General's sword and stands up.*
As soon as Xavic grabs his collar, the General clamps down on his wrist and throat, lifts him over his shoulder, and throws him to the ground. "So. A spy, then. I thought so. Your uniform is not regulation fit."

Xavic gets up and bolts for the tent flap/door.
The soldier stands in his way, tackling him. As they scuffle, the General strides over. The last thing Xavic sees before going unconscious is the sole of a boot heading for his face.
OOC: No getting out of this one. I have plans for you.
