Sometimes our mouths work faster than our brains. Mine has like 3 seconds lag.
Talking a mile a minute I'll say ow if I bump something I'm holding against something else
I'm just realizing that expression doesn't really make sense. You're just expressing the pain on behalf of the inanimate object, seems perfectly reasonable.
Felt that, that's what I'd tell myself during my very intense Warrior Cats phase. xDD I'd love to get back into reading fantasy and literature though, it's been a while. College has been sapping up my spare brain cells.
On it 🫡
to be fair, this year ive read more than ever despite being in uni - i was in an intense reading slump for a few years before that - maybe youre in one of your reading slump years
Daaannng, more power to you. Yeahhh I think it's just a slump. Whenever I do have spare time/braincells, I use it for writing stories and drawing, and those projects are be incredibly time-consuming.
and now FF is the only active chatroom left. We're talking about trying to make it at least once every 3-6 months. People get busy with life of course but it would be nice to stay in touch more regularly.
I wonder if the person who made the original FF knows about their couniting legacy
lets see!
We're planning to kidnap anyone who doesn't show up so we'll make it work.
I can't believe I had the same awful signature for nearly 8 years. Sorry for disappearing for 2 months, life happened for a bit.

I haven't finished a book in like 2 years, it's kinda embarrassing honestly.

Honestly! We got 10 year olds out here acting like adults and posting videos of themselves all over social media. When I was 10 I was goofing around talking about Lego dinosaurs.
When i was ten my biggest problem was getting coins on club penguin
It's so weird having a young sibling right now, they're all like 12 going on 22 these days.

I don't really get it either. True, gotta make sure the object knows we care about it.

That way when the inanimate objects rise up to overthrow their oppressive masters they will spare you and give you a ceremonial but ultimately powerless position in their newfound government as a token of their appreciation.
TIGRESS!! Idk how I ended up here, the universe just brought me back at the right time I guess. I'm glad it did, cuz I would've hated if I missed the reunion.
I knowww right? It's honestly been so cool, even without working with animals yet per se. Just the classes I've gotten to take, despite how difficult they can be sometimes, and learning the actual science behind my interests have been truly so enjoyable. I've become more of a big ol nerd than ever. xD And the Animal Kingdom thing is wilddd if it happens Even my advisor was like "oh, that sounds great for you" when I told him it was something I was considering after graduation. Man doesn't even know I run the Disney club on campus but he picks up on the vibe.
Sorta! Wicca is a religion, which I don't technically follow (I consider myself in the process of deconstructing childhood beliefs while figuring out what to keep and what to toss, I'm somewhere under the umbrella of paganism rn but not specific ) so the practice is closely linked with Wicca but can still be independent of it.
And I have her, she's here I looked around for a bit last Friday and ended up holding two others before I decided to adopt this one, but there was just somethin about her. I named her Circe and she's the sweetest lil thing.
Must be a literal Christmas miracle or something, because that seems to be how a lot of the users here showed up at the same time
Eeeee that's amazing! And the Disney Club-! Of course you'd do that, I love it XDD What all do you do in the club?
(Omg I am also in the process of deconstructing childhood beliefs while figuring out what to keep and what to toss, twinninggggg ) Ooh, that's really cool! Have you been able to meet many people on campus who also practice it?
AWWW, the little noodle!! How do you pronounce that? She's so tiiiiinyyyy, oh my goodness
Faaacts. It's so heartwarming that it happened this time of year :3
I had to. Started it in spring of 2022 with one of my best friends, but he transferred after that, so I've been runnin it on my own since then. We do Disney karaoke nights (karaoke bar irl?) and game nights, co-hosted a themed trivia night once, we've had a Disney theme at Trunk or Treat this year and last, and we also did a Halloween bake sale this year. Made Jack Skellington sugar cookies and Oogie Boogie brownies with gummy worms on em, and some caramel corn. Super cute. Last year I got us a whole week highlighting us as the campus club of the week coinciding with Mickey and Minnie's birthday. We also sold Disney stickers and Mickey/Minnie ears for that cuz we always be looking for fundraising opportunities xD We've had a few meetings where we just talk about nerdy stuff too. Gives the vibe of some of the topics in the Disney board here. Next semester I'm hoping to have some themed movie nights, or maybe a craft night. I always start the semester off strong but once I get busy I don't plan as many meetings and events as I should. Sometimes it's hard doing it all by myself. Last year I was also president of the theatre club/theatre honor society though so I was trying to balance meetings/events for both. Anyways, got carried away there but yeah it's pretty cool xD Still kinda crazy to me every time I see a club I created on official signs and stuff. ^v^
(Yo that's crazyyy, religious trauma amiright ) I've had a few discussions with a guy who used to practice, and he lent me his book of shadows to copy some stuff down. And I have another friend who works mostly with tarot. We went camping this fall and spent part of the time alone off chatting as our own little coven xD
I knoww! X3 She's about 20 inches long from my best estimation she won't sit still once she starts exploring so she's still pretty smol. And I pronounce it SUR-see, though the original Greek pronunciation is more like KEER-kay, but I don't like that as much personallyI've heard it both ways and some others too, so whatever floats ya boat. XD
That's sad. We have too many clubs for our own good, some of them as random as you can get.
True that. She's probably 3 feet ish? Idk, a decent size. Her tank is big. She tangled herself around my arm once while I was in a meeting and I couldn't get her off. She's just a sweet lil girl.
We just had the essentials, English, Science, Rock-Climbing, too many of them just sounded like additional school work.
Much bigger than any I've held. She sounds sweet alright, she probably gives better hugs than I do.
Rock climbing?? That's kinda sick actually xD We have a whole club dedicated to lettuce if that tells you how our sanity is doing.
The snek I got is a bit under 2 feet, excellent size and temperament for danger noodle cuddles.
It's super cool that you're still building your own LEGO creations on top of work and whatnot. Made anything fun lately?
Hi Bun! It's been a while!
Yep, or at least I try to. I didn't bring much of my LEGO collection from home when I moved out, but from time to time I'll work on random LEGO projects when I return home for the holidays. Mainly been making little LEGO models of things at work.
How have you been?
Nice! What type of things do you make models of?
I've been doing alright! Honestly it's hard to remember what's changed since the last time I popped in here.
I don't really get it either. True, gotta make sure the object knows we care about it.

I just want to be the Maytag guy in their commercials.
I don't know if it really matters if I do this, but might as well I guess...
LMB History:
Made my LMBs account in 2015, wasn't really active till 2016 though. Was mainly active on all the Ninjago boards ( Ninjago forum, Ninjago RP, Ninjago Stories, and Wu Crew boards. ), plus I was one of the few people to use the Nexo Knight boards. I migrated to the galleries after the shut down and was very active on the Ninjago and general galleries. ( I have no clue how I managed to keep up with replying to so many people in the comment sections of different creations daily. ) Joined here in 2017 and was kinda active all over, but primarily the Ninjago boards and community chat. Became a mod at some point recently-ish? My concept of time been very bizarre since starting college... Technically I never left, but my overall activity has gone down a lot and now I primary focus on moding when I get the chance to.
About me/life updates:
•Favorite Lego theme is still Ninjago.
•I'm currently 24, but apparently I don't look it or act it through since people are always shocked.
•I'm going to a college in Tennessee and living in the dorms which are basically a second home to me at this point. During the longer breaks I return to Wisconsin to live at home.
•I'm majoring biology and minoring in politics and government. Potentially interested in using it for bioethics and if possible maybe veterinarian work. Those plans are still subject to change though. I'm currently a social junior and academic sophomore last I checked.
• I'm on my college's martial arts team and if all goes to plan I will be testing for my blue belt in January. I intend to eventually reach black belt and hopefully help teach other people in the future as well.
Favorite things to do/activities I enjoy:
•Hanging out with IRL friends. We often do game nights and movie nights weekly, or sometimes we'll just chat in the cafeteria or spontaneously decide to hung out on campus.
•Hanging out in voice calls with internet friends or IRL friends during breaks.
•Being around/handling/seeing animals.
Interests/hobbies: ( No particular order) •Reading ( mostly novels and comics. ) •Writing ( I enjoy fiction more than non-fiction. ) •Drawing •Video games •Martial arts •Taking care of pets •Collecting •Coming up with collaborative stories ( in the form of RP, D&D, playing with my siblings, etc. ) •Watching shows, movies, and YouTube videos •Going down research rabbit holes about controversial topics ( Would not recommend if you're not in a good mental space at the time. There's a time and place for it, just know your limits so you don't overwhelm yourself! )
For a final note, I feel like more could have been shared if they weren't such personal things. Since I have grown and learned so much in areas I didn't even fully realize were weak points on my part until the mistake were already made and the damage was done. I've been trying to be better in a lot of areas and it has been a work in progress. I'm still trying to figure out how to use discernment in future situations and trying to find a way to move forward from past things that I did wrong.
To leave things off on a lighter note, it has been a pleasure to mod so many post from returning members for this reunion. ( Even though it was during finals week for a bit there. ) You guys are great, have a Merry Christmas and happy new year!

That sounds ceremonial enough. Make sure to say it loudly enough for them to hear and they might grant you it.
