Taken from notes:
A bit of a mixture that continues to waver between the concept of human minifigures and animal minifigures. The idea strays away from merely a battle between inherently good or evil factions, but a commentary on how our fallen nature will warp the good qualities within each of us if not kept in check. For example, the concept of wisdom when corrupted can become narcissism, a quest for peace may lead one to commit atrocities, and courage might be confused with a need to drown out insecurity through reckless actions in an attempt to prove yourself. Underlying each characteristic is a positive principle as well. For example, although the Crocs represent strength/will to survive, it is not brute strength alone. The Tribe utilizes their strength wisely, and there is a gentle benevolence to their character, much like that of a true warrior. (Picture a rough-looking Viking kneeling down to help a small injured bird.) The designs of each tribe might work better if kept human, but perhaps I’ll leave that as an interchangeable term.

More of my notes: (Maybe I'll use some of them for the RP )
[Since these were notes, the "()" are there. ] Rck-(Pronounced Rick) A rather tall Rhino speckled with purple spots due to eating a basket of fruits meant for another tribe that were actually bio-weapons (Reegull, Crumb perhaps? [I believe I was referencing Chima Online characters]). Rhino physicality allowed him to survive, though he sports a profound lazy eye (Javan Rhino?).
Socrawltes: Coats his (spider/scorpion?) tank/armor in venomous paint that burns those who touch it, forcing them to obey his command in order to receive the anecdote. His physiology prevents him from being injured. He (converts/enhances?) the acidic part of venom into fuel, can use it for a quick getaway that melts other vehicle's tires. Socrawltes was once a top general who relinquished command to pursue senatorial life, forced to don his suit again, is forced to drink his own venom and becomes pawn of his rival who wants to eliminate the Old Guard. Wears Greek-like robes made of webbing, belief in not sending naïve innocents to war.
Expanded Land Tribes: Falcons; Owls; Sub-Species Mountain Lions; Alligators (Running gag that Alligators are not the same as Crocs, though frequently mistaken, possibly one is Cragger's stand in during Cragger's expedition. Crooler then nags stand in to do what she says resulting in hilarious hijinks to keep the ruse. He rejects any more favors from Cragger, harboring a fear of his sister.)
Lion Legend: The Lion who kept chi to himself was almost imprisoned by Lion Elders, however, his abundance of Chi prevented capture. Lagravis' great descendant/ earlier Lion King took it upon himself to lead a division of Lions to capture the Selfish Lion by force and cast him out of Chima. He then passed Kingship to another out of shame, to a young Lion Elder (Lagravis' descendant?) who pressed upon him to follow the rules to prevent such a catastrophe from happening again. This would reform the way we see Lagravis' relationship with Laval, in how his son needed to rein in his youthful recklessness while Lagravis must learn to move on and incorporate change in order to move forward from stagnant fear.
Vafa: Vulture who refused to join Fangar in First Hunter War and was cast out of Chima, survived without Chi and comes to terms with his past upon meeting a healed Hunter Tribe member. History: Had found the selfish Lion and attempts to help him, until the Lion refuses and departs to train himself, becoming the Chi Corrupter. Vafa warns others of his plan.

Fellow Citizens of Chima!
I have news regarding a fan film that will be attempting to complete the cancelled Lego Chima: Heroes film. The creators of the fan film have obtained the official drafts of the original script and are looking for people skilled in blender or 3d animation in general to aid their work.
Not sure if allowed to speak about channel names, but the channel has a Lion OC and is a big name in the community, so make what you will.

My friend sent me screenshots of the rare Chima lore book "Book of Chi". These are in French, so if anyone fluent in that language can translate, would be awesome.

So that's where that picture of the Lion City originated from. I can tell that the first two sentences of the first page are about the Legend Beasts, but alas, I don't know French.
Excuse me yon fellow, but who gave the impression that no one was reading?
(Well, I suppose one is the loneliest number.)
Lol I wouldn't mind a bit of light roleplaying, have we got any established lore I should know?
The Wolf Tribe has long been dormant, I see
I'll also check out that story you mentioned
Right now we're still in the "fire vs ice" wars, moving towards a Great Illumination like the one at the end of the show, but Shamrock and batonmaster500 who lead the Sabertooth and Icebear tribes, respectively, haven't been active. So maybe you could take over the Sabertooths with your character again?
There was also recently a Second Chima Civil War, but that was more of a detour and not really relevant to the fire vs ice stuff. I'd intended it to be a "soft reboot" for the RP, with new players only needing to read Lycor and Galvanor's respective speeches to get all the necessary info, but the idea didn't really take off and it ended with me fighting myself.

It has been five years since the Fire vs. Ice story began ;-;
I could try, I don't remember all my characters but rehashing them as Sabertooths should be doable.
Sounds like you need therapy Where are the speeches?
