Apologies this is a bit late. Yesterday I celebrated my sixteenth year living and breathing on this planet, so I forgot to finish up this chapter.
After a brief pause, his enemy nodded. “Very well.” He said, and removed his helmet. Agent frowned at the sight of the familiar face. It was none other than TheGreatCon, his friend.
“Con…?” Agent looked confused, glancing between the person standing in front of him to his unconscious friend. He looked back up at the identical user, then realised they were slightly different. The Con standing before him looked pale and worn down, with a dull look in his eyes. He almost looked like…
“This can’t be right…” Agent muttered. Then terrible realisation dawned upon him. The Con standing before him looked like one of the dupes that replaces a user after being struck by a Dark Ban Hammer! And so, their master must be…
“Demion.” Agent said darkly.
“Our master wants me to tell you something.” The Con dupe said, stepping closer.
“What?” Agent asked, stepped backwards until he was pressing himself against the wall.
“He wants me to say that next time you fight him, smash him instead of ban him, because no mere hammer can keep him away.”
“Tell him I will.” Agent said. “So, it begins.” The Con dupe said. “Say goodbye to the boards as you know it.” Agent was deep in thought, staring at the ground. “You will never-“ Agent began, but before he finished, as he looked up he saw a fist thrust straight towards his face.
And then everything went black.
(I promise this story arc will truly be wrapped up after this one, then I'll move on to other stuff )

Hours later, Agent awoke to the sound of keys unlockng the jail cell. The others were alreay awake, staring at the evil Con dupe.
“Get up!” He said sharply. “We got a long way to go.”
“What’s your name?” Agent asked, standing up.
“Cascade.” The evil Con dupe said simply. “Now, stand up. Time to head out.”
Con, Agent, RuleJJ and Z-Whales along with many users travelled a long way. They were led far across the boards to places that hadn’t been explored yet.
As they walked along guided by twenty guards led by Cascade, Agent asked Con “Where do you think all the mods are?”
“I don’t know. A number of things could’ve happened. Several of them are still recovering from Demion’s attack.” Con replied.
All the guards halted. Agent and the other users stopped too. Even though they didn’t have any handcuffs or restraints on, no one dared to retaliate.
“Trackers.” Cascade said.
A guard approached them with a heavy-duty looking gun. It had three short needles attached around the end barrel. Two guards stepped forward and grabbed Con.
“Wait, what? What is this?” Con asked, alarmed.
The two guards held Con still with his left arm outstreached, and rolled up his sleeve. The guard aimed carefully and thrust his gun forward, stabbing the three needles into Con’s forarm. Con winced. The guard squeezed the trigger, and there was a muffled gunshot.
“Urrrgghh!” Con grunted through clenched teeth and struggled against the guards grip. They rolled his sleeve down again and let go, and the moment they did Con grabbed his arm with his right hand. He glared at Cascade.
“What was that?” He asked.
“A tracker.” Cascade said, and signalled to a guard to come over to him.
The guard came, carrying Con’s sword. Cascade grabbed it and tossed it to Con, who quickly caught it. Con looked at his blade, then eyed Cascade suspiciously.
“Give me a reason not to smash you where you stand.” Con said.
Cascade indicated to his sword.
“There isn’t. Go ahead.” Cascade replied earnestly.

Con shook his head and turned as if he wasn’t going to do a thing, then suddenly sprung at Cascade, swinging his sword. Suddenly, the device in his arm glowed brightly, and sparks of electrizity flashed from it. Con opened his mouth to scream, but couldn’t. He dropped his sword and fell to his knees, his eyes wide with shock. Cascade raised a device he was holding for all to see, and flicked a switch. The device suddenly stopped electrocuting Con. The cloth around the device had burnt away, and the skin was blackened. Con gritted his teeth and glared at Cascade, who annnounced “Once you all have this device, we can track you and terminate you if we have to. No funny business, or you will suffer a fate worse than banning. We will give you comms to receive orders. Now, you have a mission.”
“What do you want?” Con groaned.
“Travel to the core of the boards.” Cascade said. “There, a user can do anything.”
“Why don’t you just send your own men in there?” Agent asked.
“Because it’s dangerous. We tried this before, the moment we found out our master was banned.” Cascade said. “Astrokid wasn’t as foolish as we thought he was. He set the traps when he found out about the inner workings of the boards.”
“If a user can do anything there, why do you think we won’t just change things in our favour?” RuleJJ asked.
Cascade grinned and said “Because I know you’re smart enough to make the right decision.”

“C’mon. Take a swing.” Cascade said.
Man talk about a cliffhanger! The suspense is worse than at the end of a netflix original xD. Keep it up!

I have crawled out of the dark abyss called inactivity to post the moar probably no one misses.
Chapter Three ~ Underground
Once all the devices were implanted, they were given their weapons back along with comms (those without weapons were passed simple blades, nothing fancy). Not all the users had devices yet. “Ten of you will go underground first.” Cascade said. “If you don’t complete the objectives, you will be terminated.” Agent stared dully at Cascade.
“Very well.” He said blandly. “Where do we start?” “There.” Cascade said, indicating to a cave.
Agent glared at him once more, then walked to the cave entrance. The cave led underground. “Get on with it, we don’t have all day. Our master would hate to be kept waiting.” Cascade said. “And don’t dare try to run. Don’t forget we’re tracking your every step.” With that, Cascade and his men departed. Once they were out of sight, Con switched to coms. “Where are you going?” Con asked.
“To pick up a relic. Not only users made it to the LMBE.” Cascade replied through staticy comms.
Con acknowledged, and headed towards the tunnel. RuleJJ followed closely. He had a prototype tesla blade this time that Cascade had retrieved. “After this I’m forging my own weapon.” RuleJJ said. “It seems that the boards have endless chaotic events.”
“No need for that.” Cascade replied over comms. “Now quit the idle chat and move.”
“Let’s go.” RuleJJ said, and headed underground.
Agent, Con, Z-Whales and the other seven users followed. Agent looked around and recognised some of the other users - YouKnowWho, BatonMaster500, Jonmbost, Essa and WinnJetBrick.
“How are we supposed to see in this place?” BatonMaster asked Cascade through the comms. “You’re in, good. Switching to light mode now.” Cascade said.
“Light mode?” Jon enquired. Everyone’s tracking devices suddenly lit up brightly, illuminating the cave with a dull, red light.
