I'm just going to update one of them I made for the other co write that never happened. And I just watched the first six episodes of Sword Art Online this morning, so I have a much better idea of how this works now.
Name: Chromis Alstroemeria Age: 18 Appearance: He has medium short red hair which is usually mostly covered by a baseball cap he hardly ever takes off. He has light colored skin with some freckles and bright green eyes. Usually wears basic normal clothes. Personality: Pretty quiet and keeps to himself most of the time. ( unless he's with close friends or family ) In-game appearance: Navy blue ninja uniform. Rarely takes off hood but when he does you can see he looks almost exactly like his normal self. Username: ChromeFin In-game race (if different): Human Quirks: He likes playing video games very much. He likes ninja. His favourite animals are fish and he loves learning about them. He also enjoys baseball.
( So how much of this is based on Sword Art Online and how much of this is based on Ready Player One? )
There will be some SAO references but it'll mostly be off RP1. Mostly because though there is a suit that lets you feel pain, you don't die in that game...

Ninjago City.
Ever since Garmadon left it a desolate place, it's been in a state of unrest. People have looked for a way to escape.
And thanks to IGR, they found it. The Gale, a virtual world where there was always something to do, and your greatest dreams could come into reality. (Well, sort of.)
And I, Jun Song, had finally gotten my hands on it. Living alone in a formerly luxury apartment in Ninjago City's downtown district, something like this was the greatest thing to ever happen to me.
Letting the headset scan me, I began to think up an avatar. Pale skin and dark brown hair, realistic but attractive; then I added in some futuristic armor, and to add my own little touch, I put in a panda hoodie and some comfy jeans. Username? MOCHIPANDA. Not the most intimidating, but I didn't mind.
And then I entered the world. I looked around. Not only were there users everywhere, but there was a multitude of NPCs; an excited Tracer buzzed past me, as Sonic waved as he sped by; one of Ninjago's heroes, the Blue Ninja, gave me a high five as I passed by.
Wait, the Blue Ninja? I turned around and ran after him. "Wait up!" I grabbed his arm.
"Ah! Huh?" The user, nicknamed blu-bell, looked back at me in surprise. He had chosen to keep his chestnut hair, youthful, freckled face and bright blue eyes among his spacey costume, so I recognized him.
"You're not an NPC, are you?" I asked, tilting my head.
"Not if you're not," the teen replied. Even his voice sounded like Jay.
"So you're the real Jay?" I whispered.
"Sh, sh, sh!" He covered my mouth. "You don't say my name out loud! That's not how it is online!"
"It doesn't matter if it's your first name, does it?" I chuckled. "There are a bunch of Jays out there. And I didn't say it out loud. Besides, why are you using your real face if you think that?"
Jay sighed. "Well...someone once told me the best thing to be is myself. So I designed my avatar as me just for her. Otherwise I would have looked different. Maybe a little taller, a little manlier."
"You look cute anyways," I told him. "It's no wonder that someone likes you."
On second thought----I think I'll lurk around the topic instead. o-o Happy writing, everyone!

Alright! Name: Kane Evans Age: 17 Username:xxFIGHTERxx IRL Appearance: Tends to wear a baseball cap---backwards, with streaks of his hair sticking out from the opening. Sharp, dark brown hair, unevenly cut and overgrown (longer on the right than the left), gray t-shirt, ripped black jeans. Always has a lollipop in his mouth. In-game appearance: About the same. But on a closer look, you can see outlines of a semi-transparent armor that usually solidifies during fights. Likes to dress himself up in formal outfits (suit & tie, dress shirts) on certain occasions. The lollipop stays. Skill level: Advanced (comfortable and skilled with the controls and the gameplay, but not as serious as an expert) Personality: Very laid-back, nonchalant, and unexpectedly kind to those around him. His easy-going attitude makes him the life of the party, and he often pays attention to the littlest things in hopes of cheering up people indirectly. On trend.

He blushed a bit. "Um...yeah."
Great start Z&E, you have kicked us off epicly! I pretty much forgot this was a Ninjago story thing until I read this part.
