That's life, I suppose. We can't all get our revamped LEGO Ninjago Fire Temple sets.
On the bright side...
*Wise old man impression*
...legend tells of an upcoming LEGO set known as the Ice Temple, labelled as 70630. It is said that this set does not release until fall 2018.
This is something that has been known about for quite a while now, but I didn't talk about it earlier because it's not really a 2019 set. So anyway, what are your thoughts about this as well as some other news I've shared recently?
...Bruh, no joke, I was literally just thinking about how an Ice Temple set would be cool to get!
Well, a below-ground ancient ice temple built Queen Elsa-style ( ) has a lot of potential to be an interesting build, especially with the chance that we could get a Shard the dragon figure -- really, the same goes for all these upcoming revamped sets. I guess 2019 will be the year for nostalgia for the older fans. All the recent 2018 sets have been undeniably cool, so there's little doubt these new ones will share the same vibe. I don't really like the idea of the Overlord coming back, though. What are your thoughts on that?
I knew you would make a Frozen reference.
I'm honestly wondering what this set is going to be. The closest things we've ever had to an Ice Temple in the show are the Frozen Wasteland (which isn't even an actual temple) and the Hanging Temple (which isn't from the early seasons). I'm thinking it'll be something new, but I honestly can't tell how it ties into the story. Of course, it could be fake, but I doubt it.
Yeah, the Overlord isn't too interesting compared to the villains that followed, but I guess he could be okay. I'm more interested in what The J thinks about it, though.

You must be physic.
Hard to tell with leaks. I suppose the best we can do is simply wait and see what LEGO brings out. So these leaks are mainly about the revamped sets, right? From what I can tell, none of us seems to know very much about what material the new season/short film series/whatchamacallit will come out with.

It could be interesting.
It's possible that the Oni helped the Overlord in his battle with the First Spinjitzu Master, so now he's going to team up with them and maybe even be the one to bring them back. As for the old villains, maybe they're dark clones created by the Overlord's power to fight the ninja before the Oni arrive.

The Overlord minifigure leak looks kinda fake to me. But we'll see.
It's definitely real. Earlier, some info was leaked that the Overlord would have a trans purple ghost tail, trans purple head, four arms, and golden ribcage printing. The leaked image lines up too well with this info to be fake.

Do not underestimate my physic powers, or I shall demonstrate my true potential!
Actually, it's been confirmed there will be a 4 episode special event in 2019 that will conclude the story of the Oni and Dragons. I'm thinking they'll do something similar to Season 2 and split it into 2 parts, with the first part being about the Overlord returning and bringing back old villains, and the second part being about the Oni invading Ninjago. It's also a small part of 6+ hours of content in 2019, so I guess we'll see a season as well as some filler like Wu's Teas and Decoded.
...is anyone gonna talk about how Lloyd's new uniform looks like a sweater?
Join the Sweaterpocalypse.
First, where can I find these new uniform leaks? I keep hearing about them, but I have yet to rest my eyes upon this. . . Sweaterpocalypse.
Just search up "lego ninjago 2019 suits". When you see suits that look like they're made in LDD, and have golden dragon details on them similar to the DX suits, you've found them.

In this case, I hope the Overlord went to the realm Garmadon went to in season 1 to get four arms, and he doesn't just have four arms out of nowhere at the start.

That'd be cool!
It's also interesting to mote that we never saw the Mask of Vengeance destroyed and we don't know what the Overlord's headgear looks like...
