Joy and Temptation eventually get to the backstage of the theater. It was full of actors getting ready for their next showing, and no one really questioned Joy and Temptation's presence passing through the backstage. They eventually reached a room labeled "Costumes".
"Well, this looks like the right place." Joy said as she went inside and closed the door behind them.
The costume room was like a gigantic closet filled with costumes of many different colors and styles on the left and right sides of the room. There were suits, dresses, sets of armor, and fake weapons all around them. There was a makeup station towards the back and a few changing rooms as well. They were alone luckily, but they soon realized finding a fake beard in this room would take a long time.
"I'll look on the right side, you look on the left side." Tempation said to Joy as she agreed. They searched each costume looking for a fake beard.
Temptation had looked through a few costumes, when suddenly he heard a large shouting voice from the backstage door. Joy and Temptation were shocked.
"Where are those actors?!?!" A man shouted with a thick accent as he opened the door to see Joy and Temptation looking through costumes. They didn't have time to hide. "You and you, get into your positions! The next show is starting, our main actor and actress have disappeared, and so have the backups! Get going!" He shouted and pointed to the stage.
As Joy and Temptation followed his orders and walked toward the stage, Temptation muttered to Joy "How am I supposed to wing this?!? I've never done any acting before and now we're stuck in this play!"
"Um...." Joy muttered back, "Just follow my lead."
"Do you even know what the play is about?" Temptation asks.
"Not quite, but from the talk I've heard about it, it seems to be about a guy who wants to confess his love and feelings to a girl, but he's shy and scared." Joy replies.
Temptation felt even more nervous. The guy part he would be playing fits him almost perfectly, as... well... he did have some feelings.
Temptation had no choice but to just go with it. "Sigh... I feel like a late-night writer just writing whatever comes to mind and hoping it works."

hOLY cANNOLI this story took a real funny turn. XD
O,O Aw-heh-heh, this'll be cute, here we-- wait. I have to write that part.
@bold: Hmm, this sounds oddly familiar. . .
And of course this happens the week I begin reading Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing for my English class. Oh the irony.

Glad you enjoyed it. It was pretty fun to write.
Lol, looking forward to the next part from you.
Hehe, yeah, that was totally me at the time.
Wow. That's quite funny how you have to look at Shakespeare's plays while writing about a play for this story. Maybe you'll get some inspiration.
