So any of the things said by characters in these chapters are totally not real and neither I nor the users playing them hold those opinions, unless otherwise expressed by me or them. They're only there because I'm doing my best to make it realistic. XD
After that disclaimer, anyone have any questions about the characters? I can tell ages, countries, and various other things but I reserve the right to not answer questions that would have spoilers. Or simply because I didn't know the answer. XD Anyways ask me anything!
I have a question. If a ballerina was to wear two tutus, would she then be wearing a fourfour?
Yes. Absolutly. Next question? (though actually if we wanted to get complicated wearing two "two twos" would all come together to make her wearing a 1616. )

Just eight, actually. Because two twos is four and two fours is eight.

I thought we were multiplying though. Guess not. XD (also, I have no idea how I missed this, sorry. )
So sorry my dear lemon peepers, I feel horribly for not putting out parts these past few days, but I haz had no inspiration. I'm going to go write one as soon as I post this. Sorry again, I just creatived myself out for a while.
Wanda put her elbows on her desk and folding her hands she let her head droop into them. It had been tough being the Head of everything, especially this past year. Things had happened, hard things. The country near them had suddenly declared hate for them and she had lost months of sleep and worked like a dog to figure out why and to fix it all. After that she had been secretly landed in the hospital with exhaustion and fatigue. Her blood pressure was not the best and her doctor told her to take it easy or else. Worst case scenario, possible heart failure or stroke. She was on medication and mad about it, and stressed. And then she found out that there had been a Fourth Wall that was kept a secret for nearly four hundred years. That had pretty much put her over the top. In public she was in charge, cool almost unaffected by this "surprise". But that night she had gone home and thrown bricks at vases in her concrete garage. This, she had found over the years, was by far the very best way to get out her anger without injuring others of course. That or furious gardening. Wanda exhaled and pushed her chair back, standing up come to her decision. She packed her things into her briefcase and battened down the hatches of her office for the evening. As she walked past her Second's office she peeked in, leaning on the doorframe. "Hey, I'm going to head home for the evening. Anything you need me to handle over the weekend?" Carter's eyebrow shot up and he cast a quick confirming glance at the clock, which read 3:15 p.m. His head snapped back to her and his expression was very concerned. "Are you sick?" He knew about her doctor's orders. She shook her head quickly.
Now he looked suspicious, "Well then what's up? You and I know you never do this." "I know, I know, I know. I just need to take a break." His lowered eyelids spoke volumes on how much he didn't believe that, but it seemed he was going to let her get away with it. "Okay...When was the last time you ate?" Or maybe not. "Um.....Lunch? Yesterday?" She felt dead on her feet. Now he looked upset, maybe a bit angry. Then he just looked tired. "You know you can't keep doing this. You cannot do this to yourself." She merely shifted her weight to the other leg, uncomfortable with guilt and reluctance. She never felt like the in-control boss, never like the head of a country with Carter. He sighed. "Go home, rest. I'll come by when I finish up here and make you something. But by the time I get there you better have drunk at least four glasses of water and eaten in the minimum some saltine crackers." He peered at her sternly. "Cause when I leave after dinner I want you to live through the night." She smiled weakly and nodded, moving towards the door. Carter called after her, "At least four glasses!!" Two hours later she sat on her couch with her legs folded up beside her, settled deeply into her fuzzy sweatsuit and wrapped loosely in a ultra fuzzy blanket. She dozed/watched tv through semi closed eyes, feeling cozy and contented to be expected to do absolutely nothing.
Sighing she stirred slightly when she heard banging from the kitchen, "Are you sure you don't want any help cooking in there?" Carter's voice echoed back over the clattering and frying noises, "Don't you dare get off of that couch. And keep drinking that water!" "Okay, okay, I'm drinking it right now." She smiled and sipped at her fourth glass since she's been home. She had briefly contemplated dumping the glasses in her potted plants, but Carter seemed to possess some sort of radar that made her unable to get away with things. She lazily changed the channel to old shows, Andy Griffith, Leave it to Beaver, Dukes of Hazard, Emily of New Moon, Monk. Lots of the trusty ones. Not like the twenty zillion other channels of garbage. She stayed on that channel and let it play even though it was mid episode. Soon Carter plopped down next to her and handed her a plate. It was piled with home fried chicken, green bean casserole, and french fries. He wiggled his eyebrows in excitement, "Ice cream for dessert!" "What happened to you being my health overlord?" "Um, well I decided that you need some meat on your bones so you don't starve while your getting healthy." He smirked self satisfied with himself. She snorted and rolled her eyes but was unable to hid her good natured smile. "Fine, whatever you want to eat." After a good hour of them stuffing themselves she put their ice cream bowls in the sink and made a half hearted attempt to do their dishes but Carter waved her off. "Do them tomorrow. Go read or something, go to sleep at a good hour." He gave her orders as he shrugged into his jacket. She saluted him smilingly, "Okay, don't worry I will. Doing anything tomorrow?" "Not if you want to go someplace. What's up." "Just thought we could to something, shop or whatever. It's been a really long time since I did anything not work related." "Okay, text me when you want to do something." "Thanks, I will. Night!" "Night!" He waved and smiled and closed the door behind himself. It was a good start to getting her life back, but she needed to put her past behind. If she could.

XD and just when I got caught up! It’s okay, it happens to even the best writers...

Radar... XD sounds like my parents...
I appreciate the references to the old TV shows! What about the single greatest old TV comedy “I Love Lucy”?! That’s, like, the best one!
Essa dumped her large cardboard box of paper reports on Damian's desk. He froze and stared pointedly at the pile, "What, may I ask, is this?" Essa quirked her eyebrow, "Last week you promised to help me catch up on all my last mission reports." "Oh..." He intoned glumly, while staring sidelong at the large pile. Then he heaved a dramatic sigh, "Fine, a promise is a promise, let's get started." The good news is it only took five hours as well. As we were just reaching the bottom of the pile Danny King unexpectedly showed up. "Chief! This is a surprise. What's up?" King smiled perkily, "I saw ya'll working away in here so diligently so I thought you might do with some good news." Damina leaned back in his chair and fiddled with his pen, "Not trying to be rude or anything here, but is this our good news? Or Boss good news?" King laughed good naturedly, "The best good news, how would you all like to go visit Con and Nexo." We both were on our feet faster than lightning striking, and King led us out to the jeep which we all piled into eagerly. It was a thirty minute drive to the helicopter pad, and then a shorter twenty minute flight from there. Finally we arrived at the training compound, all the teams arranged in a large circle, yet separated. We quickly marched to Mockingbird, and after showing our ID passed into that wedge of the "pie'.
Following King straight to the barracks they weaved through rows and rows of metal bunk beds. Scattered catcalls and whistles echoed around from bored agents. Towards the back the found Con sitting in the clear space between bunks, he seemed to be making some sort of highly intricate metal.....thing. A small girl sat nearby and was just as intensely focused on his hands crafting the delicate metal as he was. She leaned forward, barely breathing, while Con gently adjusted the little tool he was holding. Sitting on the bunks, casually, were a few other folks, but one young man quietly whistled with his head leaned back and eyes closed. King spoke quietly so as not to startly Con. "Hey? Conner. I brought some people to see you!" Con put his tools down and pushed the thing to the side then climbed to his feet. "Hey! Essa, Damian! King! It's great to see you." He gave them quick hugs grinning all the while, "What brought you out?" Damina shrugged, trying to be nonchalant. "We actually came out to see you and Nexo." "Really! That's cool, thanks. Soon I'll be moving on to Jay, along with some of the others and I can't wait to see my brother again." He looked slightly mournful at that but quickly brightened up again. "Let me introduce you to my new friends, they'll be going to Jay too. That's Katie Sisk over there." He gestured to the girl. She wore the camo fatigues they all did but they were a bit to big on her, yet she managed to look cute that way. She had big eyes that seemed to watch everything, and brown hair with red tones in it cut slightly below the chin. She nodded solemnly back to them, but stayed where she was. Con tipped his head towards the teen on the bunk, who had fallen quite but otherwise not moved. "And that's Cade Arson." He had ravine black hair that was straight, and long enough for a strand or so to cover his eyes. Essa thought for a second that she saw a glimmer of dark blue eye for a moment but she could have been wrong. He stayed exactly how he was and Essa assumed he was either asleep, shy, or completely not interested. Con shrugged to them, "He's just like that, it's really not personal."
They talked for a while longer with Con, and he showed them his metal contraption. It turned out to be a new music box type thing. It was about the size of a laptop, and rose one and a half feet high. It was not finished but Con promised to show them it again when it was finished. After they all said goodbye, they made their way back to the front to go see Nexo. As they left Essa had the creepiest feeling of eyes boring into the back of her neck, but she resisted the urge to look and followed King and Damian.
*********************
They trip to visit Nexo went nicely as well. He seemed fit and well. Though Essa picked up tenseness and stress from Nexo once in a while. She also noticed that even though Nexo and Damian had gotten closer over their adventure, Damian still put on a face of not caring. Nexo seemed to be ignoring that and he made no delay in introducing them to his only new friend. "This is Landon Marrow he's kind and quirky and he might just wear you out." Nexo gave a small laugh. "He probably has the most energy I've ever witnessed in one person." The young man was, as far as Essa could make out, tinkering with lots of odds and ends spread all over the place. In fact the tiny colorful pieces seemed to be....legos? Who played with legos anymore? He had a thick mop of blonde hair with a bit of brown throughout it. And friendly blue eyes, with a very light scattering of a couple of freckles. He grinned at them and ran up to vigorously shake hands then he trotted off and began showing us all his creations. Even being made of legos, they were quite impressive. He explained them all in great detail and did indeed wear them out with his insane amount of energy. Eventually they said they're goodbyes and it was all over too soon. It had been so nice to see their friends though, and Essa, at least, couldn't wait to have them back in the team again.
The end for tonight, I think I made up for the past few days. Anyway, hope you all enjoyed. Moar should be soon...
