It is based on the LEGO Brickheadz line by LEGO. I own the Ironman Brickheadz myself. The sets are really cheap too, around £9.99 or $14.99 (US)

They are basically LEGO display figurines based off certain characters. It is a theme on the official LEGO Shop website. Look it up.

My Ironman Brickheadz sits on a desk surface, they are good for that. (That's about it really)
