Well then, hello. I'm back. And with me are extremely complicated posts and detail. :-P Just let me modify my government, okay? I have replaced Foroth with Camelot, changed the name a bit, and given an "Old Tradition" flair to it. But before anything, is Maggie here? The answer shall determine how I will run my government.
I found out about the Message Boards Eternal, and I have a little more free time now, so I am stepping back onto the Galactic scene. I'm also going back and rebooting my empire:
Faction name: The Star League (the faction on which I based the alliance in the old Galaxy Wars)
Race: human
Description: Centered around Terra, the Star League is approximately a 500-lightyear region of space which has long been home to a warring set of human factions, until Ian Cameron united them all in an interstellar alliance in 2571, ushering in a golden age of humanity. The Star League has recently begun to expand, discovering the galaxy was not the empty place they once believed...
Ruler: First Lord Richard Cameron Military Leader: Commanding General Alexander Kerensky
Worlds: The Inner Sphere consists of approximately 2000 planets; however, only three major worlds are advanced enough to be significant players in the Galaxy War (my personal interpretation of the 3-planet rule is that our empires are much, much larger than just 3 planets, but only those three are prominent enough to matter for the war--there are too few planets, spread too far apart to make any sense, otherwise):
Terra: the birthplace of humanity and the capital of both the Star League and the Terran Hegemony member-state, Terra is both the most advanced and most heavily-populated human world. It has an ideal atmosphere, diverse biomes and climates, plentiful wildlife, and approximately 12 billion people. It is also the location of the Star League Defense Force High Command.
New Avalon: Capital of the Federated Suns member-state, New Avalon is an earth-like planet which is the home of the illustrious New Avalon Institute of Science, as well as another 7 billion inhabitants.
Tharkad: Capital of the Lyran Commonwealth member-state, Tharkad is a harsh, mostly-arctic world, with slightly higher gravity than Terra and a population of approximately 7 billion. The people of Tharkad have an aristocratic, net-feudal, Prussian culture, as well as the economic and industrial centers of the Star League.
Military: Star League Defense Force (SLDF)
Ground Forces: 20 armies, consisting of BattleMechs, conventional vehicles, infantry, ground-air support, and miscellaneous ground-based defenses
Navy: 20 fleets, consisting of capital-grade Warships, noncombat Jumpships, Dropships, Aerospace forces, marines, and the Space Defense Systems (SDS) surrounding each world.
Talavaskia: 20% 1 set of troops: 40% Personal spaceship: 20%
"Talavaskia": 20% 1 set of troops: 60% Personal spaceship: 30%
"Talavaskia" 30% 1 set of troops 80% Personal spaceship 40% Cloning facility (Is it alight by building and using this I can add and extra 5% to troops?): 10%
