Troops: 20%
Superweapons: 5%
Everything else: 10%
Chair on Wheels: 50%
No planet destroying, Metagaming, or being overly OP.
Also, when you null something, please give a good reason.
Other than that, everything goes!

You shouldn't need to withdraw your RP faction to be GM, besides something might happen soon to clear all this up.

As GM, I declare the null rule gone, if you have a problem, bring it directly to the Gm, and it will be resolved fairly.
