History: Captain Jeff used to sail the seven seas with his trusted crew. However, as time went on, his crew went against him and started a mutiny, forcing Captain Jeff off his own ship. Nowadays, Jeff just sails on his small pirate ship, alone and sad and bored. You could even say he's so desperate for action, that he's willing to start drama and fights.

Appearance: A big-boned man with an attitude problem, though the will listen to what he considers the right kind of people, and will take orders often enough, though he is not afraid to throw in his own opinions if he feels like it. His skin is covered in fern-like patterns which are explained in his history.*
Clothes: An expensive cobalt-coloured shirt with a gold lace collar, an oilskin poncho, thin leather boots for mobility, brown trousers and leather gloves.
Accessories: A bone-handled light cavalry sabre. He says it's all he needs, but he will use a flintlock carbine, (a short and light flintlock rifle) from time to time.
History: Fraser was 1st Officer aboard a military patrol brigantine when it was caught in a summer storm. Fraser was at the wheel of the small ship when it was struck by fifteen bolts of lightning in steady succession, which set the bowsprit and foresail alight. * Fraser himself was struck by eight of the bolts, leaving him with a permanent fern-like pattern across his skin. The fire began to spread down the foremast when Fraser ordered his crew to hack of the bowsprit and foremast to stop the fire from reaching the deck. He and his crew made back to the mainland where Fraser resigned from the army, due to it being too formal for his liking.
He now wanders the docks searching for a ship to fit the bill and take him over the seas.
