RP Rep doesn't hold any actual permissions in terms of moderation and such. They have authority over whatever RP they are a rep for and can bring things in that RP to our attention. They should be helping to coordinate their RP and sorting out any problems that might arise (by that I mean helping to diffuse an argument or something).

Hey Guru, Actually, RP Reps aren't Staff members, and their posts go through moderation just like everyone else. They serve the same purpose as they did on the MBs, which is keeping their RP organized and fair as well as working to solve any conflicts that break out. They don't have any power outside their RPs. Though RP Reps are super important, there is a difference between a RP Rep and Staff member.
