So, what was it exactly that caused you to renounce your evil ways? What brought that to light for you? That's a question for everyone.
OOC: Didn't even ask about everyone else's names...
IC:
Pyro: The whole villain gig just didn't work out for me. My personal change started when I realised that there ain't nothin' for no one in villainy. Everyone loses. All these years, I've been too blind to see that the one's we hurt are you and me. (*Pretending like he didn't just quote gangsta's paradise, he says*) There's something about heroism that's just so appealing, and I wanted that.
Phantom Lantern: Thanks Pyro, yeah I agree. For me personally, I spent years of my life training to be a hero, a member of the Green Lantern Corps, and so pretty soon into my career in villainy, i just thought "what am I doing?" 'Cause, you know, I'd strayed so far from my path that I realised that I was seriously in the wrong, and I needed to change.
Talon: I used to serve the Court of Owls, but they had no regard for honour. I saw that too long I had spent my solemn, lonely years in servitude of an honourless group. I received an offer from Clayfa -- Captain Clay, that offered a glimmer of hope. An opportunity yo serve the people with nobility and honour.
Captain Clay: When I became the amorphous glob you see before you, I was bitter. I suffer from the effects of a Joker toxin. I was angry, too. Angry at the Joker. Angry at Batman for not taking action. And that's when I realised that the heroes we revere today are not good enough. They aren't doing all they should. We need more. And we're in serious trouble when "villains" have to pick up the slack. So we're picking up the slack. We're going to be the heroes the heroes never were. I mentioned earlier that I was angry with Batman. For those who do not know, I worked in Gotham before and after my... incident. After, as Clayface. Before, as officer in the GCPD. Clark, as a reporter in the esteemed Daily Planet, you'll understand that perhaps the most intriguing aspect of heroes is there secret identities. And it is in this field that we intend to surpass the current capes. *Clayface stands as his clay-like form retreats to reveal a bald man, dark of skin and determined of face. He wears his street clothes.* My name is Ethan Bennett.
Clark: Wow, what a bold move on the part of Cl- ahem- Mr. Bennett here. So, uh... Mr. Bennett, could you tell us more specifically about what you believe the heroes before you were lacking? Was it a lack of skill? Competence? Or perhaps diligence?

Captain Clay: *Slightly annoyed at Clark not asking about everyone else's identities* If today's heroes were all that they're cracked up to be, the crime rates wouldn't be so high. Granted, they've saved the world on many an occasion. But look at what happened here in Metropolis not too long ago. I don't think that the heroes could've handled that without us "villains". And even if they had pulled through in the end, millions more lives would've been lost by the time they start winning, not mention half the city. We need heroes that can save lives efficiently and not destroy the city while they're at it. My colleagues and I have proved ourselves capable enough. And speaking of my colleagues, I'm not the only one to have made a change. (OOC: That's a prompt for Clark to ask about them and their identities.) Psycho Pirate continues to subtly influence the audience in favour of my RPCs.

Do you mean to say there are other villains who are planning to repent or that there are other changes that the rest of you are planning to make in the near future, perhaps regarding how you fight crime? What do the rest of you plan on doing to help our community?
OOC: Can Pirate influence people like mind control, and if so, how could he do that over a television broadcast?

OOC: Psycho Pirate manipulates emotions. He's influencing everyone in the studio.
IC: I mean to say that these good people with whom I work are changed, like I am.

OOC: Does that include me, or does Supes have some sort of immunity/resistance? Also, how do I make one of those RPC accounts?
My name is Frank Laminski. I will defend the innocent as The Spectrum!
Clark: Well, it seems as though we have some more newly-turned heroes coming out with their secret identities! A surprising development indeed. Are you sure you won't all regret this once there are villains out to get you?

There will be no problems, trust us. We've got street cred, and plenty of power to back it up! *Removing his mask, he says* My name is Roger Hayden, and I vow to fight crime as the Psychic!
He's right! My name is St. John Allerdyce, but you can call me Firefighter!
The interview is briefly interrupted by a breaking news flash!
New York City is being attacked by a rampaging monster known as Doomsday! Only three heroes are on the scene, but it appears as though nothing can stop this beast! And now, back to your regularly scheduled program.
OOC: Though no one notices right off the bat, the reporter looked an awful lot like Batboy.

OOC: Oh, you're even more diabolical than the villains.
IC: Uh-oh! Clark, thanks so much for your time, but it looks like this is a job for... THE NEW GUARDIANS! (That's us, by the way). Strange, what does Doomsday want in New York, he's normally wreaking havoc with Superman right here in Metropolis... Talon, oh, sorry, Strigiforme, stay here just in case, contact us if anything happens here. Let's go!
My RPCs except for Talon leave for New York via Phantom Ring.
