Well, I guess that'll be how the Mammoths and Saberthooths awaken. The Vultures and Ice Bears on the other hand, will be introduced in shocking, sudden battles.
The Chi reactor in the Outland Citadel is Ice-Cooled, so destroying cooling stations will make it go critical and kablooey.

I see. How will that affect the creatures dwelling in the north?
The Cooling Stations use the locked-up ice powers the hunters have, so i dunno how it will affect them, but bear with me, here.
Ok, I'll be Ice and Bear with you.
Still, when are you going to get the vultures out? I so wanna introduce my vulture siblings (Count it as one character, not three seperate) and the VSV (remember that thing i got through the FAC a while ago?) so i can help the Forgotten win against the Overwatch.

That's very fitting, as the tribe is going to be called the Brotherhood of Vultures.

How exactly will the Mammoths awake?
I guess in the way Thefirstdecade described. Unless they're like the Vultures and Ice Bears, in that they were awake the whole time, but trapped up in the north by a curse.

Given the fact that the Mammoth ruler, Maulryene, was the first Witch, it's unlikely a mere curse would stop her

What's the other option?
The other possibility would be that the mammoths got frozen in the north and remained there until being freed by the already-awake Ice tribes,
A 180 ton amphibious superheavy tank, armed with a 40mm Chi powered autocannon, a 120mm smoothbore supplied with missiles, and sixteen smoke screen dispensers.
I mean it's not like being first gives you any advantage. I betcha the first architect wasn't as talented as those that followed.
