OOC: I made a move against Drake five days ago and he is yet to respond. I can't really fight you until the issue with Drake is resolved. Then again, at the moment were dancing over who gets hit with one of Blizzard's blast so I don't know who would determine whether it hits or not, it's just whether Drake wants to dodge it.
