Space Samurai moves out of the way of the freeze blast, the sleeve freezing as it barely avoided contact. He swings his sword, and a portal opens below Blizzard, emptying him onto a collision course with a kick from Space Samurai.
IC: *Blizzard gets hit from the kick and stumbles back before recovering.* "Chill, man. Enough with the portals." *Blizzard fires ice blasts at Nightwing and Vigilante, because he's an easy target. Blizzard then tries to signal Scarecrow to switch opponents.*

The portal energy is always ever just so slightly larger than the katana itself, and the katana is definitly not Blizzard width. If Blizzard doesn’t want to die, he probably shouldn’t do this....

OOC: It teleports the freeze ray/bullets by creating a portal/teleporting energy just around the blade. It only teleports stuff that comes in contact with the blade, so anything bigger than the blade won’t be teleported in one piece.

OOC: It teleports the freeze ray/bullets by creating a portal/teleporting energy just around the blade. It only teleports stuff that comes in contact with the blade, so anything bigger than the blade won’t be teleported in one piece.
OOC: Ah, just around the blade. I was thinking it was off to the side, from the description before. Blizzard rapidly fired three to make the portal (which i thought was off to the side) from the bullets big enough for him to go through. I thought that each portal teleporting it was as big as the ice blast itself and three would make it big enough.
