Scarecrow tries to use the momentum to swing Nightwing in front of the blast but can't get completely out of the way in time.
Judah The ice blast strikes both Scarecrow and Nightwing freezing their arms together (inclìding Scarecrow's glove). Scarecrow looks at Batman, "Hello Batman, here to stop me?"

Night wing tries to pull away from Scarecrow, but the ice is stuck tight. His hand is freezing. He reaches for a heating pellet from his utilitybelt, and cracks it onto the ice. Unfortunately he grabbed the wrong pellet. A sticky, stretching, expanding glue-like substances starts enveloping the ice. "Oh shoot..." Nightwing tries to shake it off.
