Ultron sighs. "You can't say that I didn't warn you."
He moves the way in a fraction of a second, then uses his gravity field generators to force Thor away from him. He fires several energy blasts as well.
*Thor flies out of range of the blasts and perches on a building. He then throws Mjolnir at him.*
Ultron catches it in his left hand and drops it.
OOC: Assuming that, being an AI rather than a sentient being, the rules of the hammer do not apply to him.
OOC: Just going to throw in a random fact I remember from the first Thor movie, a couple people hooked it up to a truck and couldn’t lift it, so sentiency more likely than not doesn’t matter.

OOC: I remember this thing that wasn’t alive called “Vision” lifting Thor’s hammer just fine.
OOC: I thought that implied that Vision was worthy.
OOC: I thought it was because he wasn’t alive, and could not be worthy or unworthy. It’s worth noting he was born about 10 seconds prior to lifting the hammer.

OOC: Well, he seems to have a mind, will, and emotions. He also has brain activity and a heart beat (I think ). That should count for life. And yes, he had been 'born' ten minutes earlier which is all the more reason to believe that he was somehow deemed worthy, seeing as how the beginning of the movie had made a big deal about no one in the Avengers being able to lift it, except for Cap'n 'Merica who came extremely close.

OOC: Everything about him was artificial. And that was not a big deal. It was a funny moment for the trailer.
