My RPCs help clean up and help any citizens that may have harmed. Spectrum uses his powers as little as possible so as to avoid blowing up (that happens if he uses his powers too much, and he's used them quite a bit).

OOC: Actually, i think with the entity's realm and all that. When a user leaves or a character is unclaimed for any reason, it is teleported to that realm. Then the character is teleported back out when another user claims them.
