Z-Whales was tagged then given a week, as per protocol. The way we’ve always did things. He did not respond, and had his characters revoked, as per protocol. He was then given every opportunity to reclaim his characters, but he did not. I then claimed Bruce Wayne. I am now having you tell me to ignore RP protocol which we have always done because you are unhappy that I claimed a character.

Lol, Ciar, it's not that I'm unhappy about u claiming the character. It's about how close Z-whales came to missing the deadline. Why is the protocol there? To clear out inactive users who won't be around for months at a time. Z-whales has shown that he's active, so why strip him of his character? Now, off he came back, like, 7 days after the deadline, then I'd agree that u could claim the character. But Z-Whales returned merely a day after the deadline. It makes no sense to punish him for being inactive for at an unfortunate time.

"Z-whales has shown that he’s active"
That’s why he disappears for weeks on end at a time. Well he was unlucky. Life is full of disappointments. The rules are the rules. I enforce the rules as that is my job. And he could be claiming his old characters (minus Batman) in the PA right now.

Plans, to be...
I was an avid reader on the MBs and not a user. You will not recognize me but I will recognize you...
I'm here and it hasn't been a week yet!!!!111!1!! *is panting*
Yes, it has been.
It says that on March 2, you posted: "Forgot to tag z-whales and Keiththelegokid ." That is when I was sent a notification. Yesterday, March 8, only six days later, I responded. It hadn't been a week.

He's right...
I regret to inform you that the roll call began on March 1st, and was called by Torahvision. He didn’t tag anyone, so I went to the latest roster in the PA and tagged all members on it. Then I realised that the list was incomplete, so I rectified the issue.

Alrighty.
But just cuz you "can" doesn't mean you "should."
Are you trying to criticise the rules that we have always operated by and always will? This is not a case of “just because you can doesn’t mean you should”. It is a case of “you can and should”.

Blame Torah.
Lol, yes my mistake. But if Z got tagged a day late, that is when the rolecall starts for him.

No, I'm saying the purpose for having the rule is being twisted for personal gain. Yes, you have the ability and "legal" right to do so, but I'm just trying to ask you to keep with the "original intent" for the rule. If you absolutely do not want to be a little gracious, merciful, or lenient with your RPers, that's your business and I will stop pestering you about this. I was just trying to reason with you to stay true to the intent of the rule. That's all.

Yeah, but I didn't get tagged until the day after, so it hadn't been a week since I was called.

And why should he receive such special treatment? The rules are the same for everyone. The roll call begins for everybody. It then ends for everybody.
