It has come to our attention that many users do not approve of guest accounts, for a multitude of reasons. Additionally, the only reason for one not to create an account would be that their parent or guardian does not wish for them to participate, and we must respect their choice.
Guests also pose issues to the Moderation Team, and frequently repeat offences because of the fact that we have no way of sending them a private message to inform them of the illegality of their actions.
Due to this, guest posting will be disabled. Guests are welcome to view the site, but must create an account in order to post.
Are you sure that you just banned from posting rather than banning them altogether? I ask because when I came here just now I was asked to log in before it would let me come to the site.

It is a good idea to let them view the site, but the banning from posting is probably for the best. Most ProBoards sites with any sort of moderation are like that.

Actually, I've seen you talk with Gamer very reasonably before And I've talked with him about Super Mario Run before, so how is this exactly a "tyranny"?

Waffle, I know gamer was a nice guest but we gotta face the facts. Many aren't following the rules and they are just hurting the site!
We want people to sign in and that may be a contributing reason but there are quite a few more! See my thread to see all my reasons!
I truly believe this is for the best and will make LMBE better! We didn't have guests on the other site. Why do you think?
