Jon Favreau has just been confirmed by Lucasfilm to be the executive producer of the new live action SW TV series due out on Disneys streaming service in 2019.
For anyone wandering who he is he directed Iron man 1&2 along with the recent live action jungle book film, played Pre Vizla in the CW tv show and is going to star as the for armed alien character in Solo a star wars story.
Hopefully the TV series will be based on the cancelled SW Underworld TV show about Boba Fett and co or be set in the order 66/dark times period.
I cannot wait for Disney's streaming service! We have Disney Life in the UK but seeing all the Star Wars movies all on one platform would be great...
