Well, that does not sound fun. Why in the world were you forced to watch that one?? You must have been gagging on all the 1950s girliness.
It was not fun. Wait, 1950s? I think we might have watched a newer version.
Ohhh, that live-action one that came out recently. Yeah, it was virtually the same as the cartoon. I'm not really a huge fan of Disney princesses movies. I'm sorry you had to sit through one.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it was real people. But they weren't really good actors, I don't think, or else I just really did not enjoy it at all.

Yeah, I wasn't really a big fan of it, either. I mean, I appreciated the fact that they were in a way bringing a classic cartoon back to life with modern CGI and whatnot, but really it just seemed pointless.

All Disney princess movies seem pointless to me, but that's just me.

If you forget that it's marketed to little girls and watch the movies for the fun characters and interesting plot they can be quite entertaining actually. Besides, you have to admit that Brave, Tangled and Mulan are awsome. ( I would say Frozon as well, but that's not technically a princess movie. )

Apparently there's lots of different versions, was it Disney?
THUD! She was awake now, the dream still fresh in her mind. "Good, you're awake."said Gavin gathering up his stuff. "We're here." "We are?" They were indeed, the boat was now docked at the small costel town by the name of Clay. Zephyr had been here a few times before and some memories of it. Apparently boats came and left this place every day, so no one would consider them suspicious. Zephyr's parents and uncle Grayson had hooded jackets on with the hoods up. They unloaded the boat's luggage along with some sacks of herbs and fruit that had been put on there as well. That's how they got their money. Selling the products to dealers who don't ask a lot of questions about were it's from, but just care about the quality and quantity. Zephyr's parents had told her earlier that they would not be able to go beyond the coastal town and neither would uncle Grayson. They had said there was to much of a risk of someone recognizing them. With everything they needed out of the boat, they walked toward the middle of Clay. It was bustling town this time of day and year, Zephyr had only ever seen one place more crowded. This bothered her though, being in large crowds made her very uncomfortable. She edged closer to her mother, where she felt a bit safer. Her mother must have noticed how she felt, because she whispered, " If you feel like you aren't ready yet, you don't have to go. But I think you will be much happier with this in the long run. " "Are you sure? " Asked Zephyr whispering as well. " No. But at least this gives you more options and possible turn outs." she replied Zephyr stay quite after that, lost in thought. They then came to what seemed to be the edge of the town, were a smaller and less crowded market stood in the dirt. Zephyr's father asked a nearby man a question, and he pointed to a both on the very end of the row were a boy who looked around Zephyr's age sat looking board. He brightened right up when he saw them coming over to him. Which made Zephyr either want to punch him or sink into the ground were it would be safe. She couldn't deside which. He stood up and stuck out his hand which uncle Grayson shook. He then introduced himself. "Why hello, my name is Keegan. Do you need a guide? Because that's what I do! It's a dieing business I know, what with all this modern tech everywhere nowadays. But like my grandfather said, there's nothing like traveling the old fashioned way. And that's always the best way to go! So, how can I help you?" He talked a little strange, it was something in his tone of voice that made him sound foreign. Plus he talked fast, much faster then Zephyr cared to talk. Uncle Grayson explained that Zephyr and Gavin needed to get to the village of Sukoshi. "Hmm Sukoshi you say? That would be a two day trip about. There's really nothing there, are you visiting relatives? " he asked looking right at Zephyr. Uh he's asking prsonal questions, what do we do? Is he on to us? Why on the planet is he asking me out of all the people here!?! Zephyr thought. Until uncle Grayson answered plainly, "Oh they're just going to be staying with a friend of mine for awhile." as if that were the most normal thing to do in Ninjago. They payed the boy and put all their things into a wagon that was just about big enough for all their luggage. Zephyr kept her backpack on though, since she didn't feel comfortable with putting it in the wagon. Then came the dreaded moment she knew would be coming... Saying goodbye to her parents and uncle Grayson. The goodbye to uncle Grayson was friendly and quick and meaningful. The goodbye to her mother was full of heart, and she told her to remember what she said earlier. The goodbye to her father held few words and her father reminded her. "Remember everything we told you. " Zephyr would remember. Her and Gavin couldn't tell anyone: Where they came from, who their adult relatives are, or what they and their family members have been doing all these years. They could however, say these things: That they've been in isolation for most of their lives. And if asked why, say they've been living in place where there aren't that many people, which was true. They could also say that the person asking about relatives probably wouldn't know about them. Plus they could say some of things they did, just not in a way that people would guess it's Hiroshi's Labyrinth they've been living in. So many rules... It was hard to keep them all straight. But luckily Zephyr and Gavin wouldn't need to worry about keeping to the rules with uncle Grayson's old friend, and possibly his family if he had one. There was one topic they could never risk talking about though, even with uncle Grayson's old friend. Uncle Gravis, or the fact that he was am elemental master. Apparently that was one of worst things they could let slip. It seemed like a strange thing to keep a secret. And of course as always the reason was that people were after them. Zephyr sometimes wished she could find these people and bring them all to justice. She actually used daydream about it, but now... She could feel the reality that even if she was even somewhat skilled, she wouldn't stand a chance. Zephyr's father said one last thing before he left. "Remember the knife I gave you. It may be my past, but it's written destiny is not your future. Stay secret, stay strong, and stay alert." and then he, Zephyr's mother and uncle Grayson left. "Well then, shall we be off?" Asked Keegan just about as soon as were out of sight. Zephyr had to swallow her emotions so she wouldn't look like she was acting ten years younger than she actually was. She did however give him a cold glare. He either didn't notice, or was just pending he didn't because then he said " Alright who want's to pull the wagon? It's the easiest if you take the first turn, because you're not tired to start out with. Oh and I better put the closed sigh up until my brother gets here, and oh we're going to need these too." He tossed three sleeping bags to Gavin who fumbled to catch them. After awhile of disscuing and repacking a bit to fit the sleeping bags and also a tent, Keegan decided to pull the wagon first. Then they walked along a gray-black path to small to be a road for cars. They walked in silence for a moment until Keegan started talking. "You know, this reminds me of how my worst trip ever started. On day like this with to perfectly normal people-" and from there he talked on and on and on! He talked about how he had been all over the region and how he exactly how to get to each location with even using a map and how technology is making people lazy and less smart. After awhile Gavin took the wagon, and they continued from there. Unlike the boat ride, the land changed as they went along. They eventually were told by Keegan to walk off the path when it took a sharp turn. Now they were walking on plan dirt, grass and rocks. The wagon jumped and and leaned with the ground, making it much harder to pull. Zephyr said she'd take a turn. As the sky started to turn orange and yellow they pasted what looked like a farm. Cows of black, brown, tan, and those colors with white mixed in grazed calmly, with the occasional cow mooing. Zephyr had never seen cow in person, just in pictures, so she was very curious. She walked closer to them. "Watch out for the electrical fence!" Shouted Keegan, and it was a good thing to, because Zephyr had just about walked into it! "You need to be careful around those. It won't smash you, but the it can give you pretty nasty shock if you're not careful." All the cows were looking at them now, curious yet careful about who was on the other side of the fence. Their tails swishing and their ears flicking back and forth. "Let's keep moving then." Said Keegan they kept moving, once the cows were almost out sight Zephyr decided that she definitely wanted to see cows again, next time up close, without electrical fences. It soon got dark and Keegan said they should probably stop. Zephyr was relieved because she was pretty sure this was the farthest she'd ever walked in her life. They parked the wagon and set up their sleeping bags on the ground since Keegan said it was a nice enough night to not worry about a tent. After some nuts and suned fruit for dinner they riggeled into their sleeping bags gratefully. Zephyr stayed up and thought while she tossed and turned trying to get comfortable. She realized this was the farthest away from home she had ever been...
(Nah, Lady Narwhal . She was the tattler of the family. )
( Ah ok. Your mysterious sister I hear so much about. )
(Every few weeks she comes out to the Eternals and hangs out in the LMB Coffee Table, where she spams unbelievably random and senseless things that only by the grace of the mods get through moderation. That's pretty much all she does here. )
