Satan does not have the authority to do that to just anyone, he had to go through God to get it; its not like he can do that to just any of us. God would not allow it.

North Korea is a very unique form of "communism" that actually adheres to juche. A core part of juche is the complete obedience to (and practical worship of) the Kim family. So yes, Christians in North Korea do swear allegiance to the Kims if they wish to continue their existence. Those that don't tend not to exist for long (and plenty choose that path).
Countries Christians swear allegiance to? Well, any Christian who joins a military or enters a government position must swear an oath of allegiance to that country. Commonwealth countries have citizens specifically pledge their allegiance to the monarch. In the feudal era, everyone swore an oath to their superior on the feudal ladder, whether that be a knight, noble, or king. Since this mode of feudalism was practiced in Europe specifically, it dealt with almost the entirety of the Christian world. In almost every country, newly naturalized citizens swear an oath to that country; this does not exclude Christians.

In a sense Satan does have power, he seems to even somewhat control weather, Yes we pay Taxes, follow the Law IF it doesn't effect our Beliefs, I refuse to serve in the army, we are pacifists and that's taking part in Government, were not to do so, so no I don't twist it, those who think you can serve in the army or any patriotic thing, especially for religious reasons have twisted it, also Peter talks about Church and State.
