I think I'll change his species to Zabrak. Backstory: As a child he was abandoned, left on Tatooine. He was found by some With who raised him. He became a sith by his teen years. He learned to use his powers. He now is a part of the Sith.

Again, there is only two Sith. Any others are renegades. Which would make for a nice storyline imo.
IC: The Emperor sits in his office on Coruscant. He looks out the window at the ecumenopolis (sorry if misspelt) that Coruscant is. He hears a noise come from his holographic projector. An image of his apprentice, Darth Fen’Ra appears in front of him. He is kneeling.
”Master, the majority of the Core worlds have been claimed by the Empire. We merely need to finish them off, then move into the Outer Rim.” His voice is deep, intimidating.
”Governor Zaazi will handle that. We need troop and starship production intensified.”

{JAMMERS! -SAME- ONLY!} Sounds good, Now Bobby's already trying to take over the 1, 2, and 3 sectors. I'd suggest that if it would be possible to send some ships to intercept him at the 3 sector once you secure your current planets. Also you really might wanna start buying ships and getting them deployed because Bobby does have a rather large fleet.
