Sorry to say but there's already someone who made a Claim to this HQ however I'd suggest that you join up with them. You get to have your won fleets and what not and you'll be assigned units by the HQ leader.

technically you can have as many as you want however I'd usggest going with a MAX of 3, I'm using two.

He later became a Senator in the Galactic Senate, before becoming Supreme Chancellor of the Republic. He guided the Republic through the Clone Wars, before reorganising the Republic into the First Galactic Empire. He is now an autocrat, ruling the Empire with an iron fist.
