Hey guys! I need help with building.. a lot. I am trying to make MOCs out of the pieces I have, but they never come out good or look right. I have gotten over 20 sets of legos, so I think I should be able to create good MOCs. Any tips or advice? (All my pieces are jumbled and mixed up into one box, I think that is a part of the problem )
It kinda depends on what kinds of MOCs you're trying to make and what you expect them to look like. A good idea would be to draw your idea out on paper and use it as a reference. Give yourself some goals on what you know you want in your MOC so that you can keep them in mind as you build.
If you think organization will help you, then take some time to sort your pieces. Make categories of pieces depending on your building style, such as type of piece, color, size or function. This process takes a very long time.
