First of all, sorry for not really explaining this clearly. I guess I thought I did, but didn't. But now I am. Here is:
THE PLAN
Phase 1: Begin Project SHaRP.
Phase 2: Notify all users who may be slightly interested via tag. This will build member count.
Phase 3: Establish rules concerning RPCs, NPCs, locations, heroes, villains, currency, building, battle, etc.
Phase 4: Write up rules into comprehensive documents. Post in SHaRP to make revisions with everyone else. Repeat as necessary.
Phase 5: Once rules are all agreed on, and everyone is ready, send a PM to the administrators requesting a Super Heroes Roleplay subforum.
Phase 6: Begin posting topics agreed apon by Project SHaRP. Establish OOC topics.
Phase 7: Begin roleplaying.
Right now, my friends, we are at Phase 4. Sooner than you think, we will be ready to commence with THE PLAN.
