I kind of agree with you. Some people act like they'd rather have EU over the new canon, but, well.....
Neither was made by Lucas.
I'd rather have the new canon than EU, though, it's much easier to keep track of....
But there is one EU thing you totally gotta see: Star Wars: The Force Unleashed
