A small convoy leaves the edge of the Crocodile Swamp and travels to Skelekar Base, carrying the naval commanders who attended Queen Carina's summit a few days ago. An hour after their arrival, Scales and Sons' shipyards begin to ring with the sound of production, as the docks begin constructing an order of five new submarines for the Croc Navy.

As the first three submarines are boarded by their new crews and loaded with provisions, the shipyards start building three additional destroyers.

The flotilla, commanded by Commodore Cralt from the Assault Ship King Crogall's Revenge, forms up beyond the island's defensive mines and turns to the north, staying well clear of land as it sails past Eagle and Wolf territories.

The flotilla finally passes beyond the warm waters of the West Sea and sails up into the frozen north, where icebergs abound and few southron ships dare to sail.

A large flotilla sails down from the frozen waters of the Arctics, cannons and torches blazing with Fire Chi to keep the sea ice at bay. The royal standard of House Skelekar flutters in the wind upon every mast, annoucning King Crogar's return for all to sea as they sail into the warmer waters of the south.
-Somewhere on the Isle of Neutrality, Tristram is stirring about. He was listless, restless. Just alert and worried, stammering. Something wasn't right, people have noticed and began to complain to eachother about this Tiger Leader's behavior... it looks like he may want to go back to his people... something he missed about performing fancy acts of outrageous stunts and actions (like blowing himself up with tons of dynamite accidentally for a fireworks display that caused his blackened fur for a short while).-
Tristram: "ooouunngh~!! Wh-where c-can i find more... f-fanciful entertainment?! I-i c-can't stay s-stuck on this island forever! I-i h-have my people to entertain and enthrall! Nothing i can't appease these no-good-buncha losers around this island! This is a Home For Infinite Losers up in here! All the hours and days spent trying to appease the population here with my talent and extraordinary talents! My fellow TIGERS would understand that more! We annoyed the Leopards to no end with our energetic antics! And i liked that!" -he'd growled, stammering mor, just spouting gibberish a this point before then roaring loudly in anguish, that roar could be heard fairly far within the seas-
-Hopefully someone on this island will pay attention to him and get him off this island.-

Leanna Luggington, one of the many lions on this colony (as this group had originated from the workers' revolt at the Lion Pastures during the first Chima Civil War), walks up to the door of the loud tiger's quarters (the tents that the colonists were living in at the time Lyrix and Tristram had arrived have long since been expanded into real buildings), knocking roughly. Even if she wasn't pregnant at the time, the lioness would perhaps still have gotten quickly irritated by Tristram's roaring.
Leanna: "HEY! Tristram, is it? Would you kindly either quit your wailing, or use your CAVOR-ING WORDS to tell us what you need?!?! Some of us are trying to get some rest and relaxation, ESPECIALLY NOW for ME, you hear me?! It's Leanna; I TRUST you won't make me REGRET bringing your hide to the colony to give you a place to live, right?!"

-The Tiger snapped to attention and quickly opened the door for Leanna-
"Oh ho-ho~! Wh-what is it that you want?! M-me to quiet down?! PAH, that's just ridiculous! My people enjoyed how loud and proud i was, their renaissance wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for me!" -he'd chuckled before whimpering a bit, leaning over in woe-
"Oh... but... it's been a long time since i've been around my fellow Tigers... Is there any way i can get off this Island and head back East to my homeland...? It's a VERY long trek, but hopefully, one of my friends Titus or tinnitus or whatever-his-name-was will be happy that i came back!"
