-deep out in the west sea, the two teleported Forgotton Duo of Freeman and Vance are suddenly teleported out in seemingly the middle of nowhere, with a few orbs of chi somehow around them-
-they and the orbs both land in the water and slowly sink down. Suddenly, a shark from out of the water’s darkness comes racing towards them, but before the shark could chomp down on them, they are teleported away back to the Cave 17 hidden Forgotten lab, leaving the shark to chomp on an orb of chi-

-A shark’s head with a cool pointy-looking beard and blue neckerchief hat with what seems to be an H2O molecule mixed with an “A”. His skin is a brownish tan, his face emblazoned with a charcoal-marking on an “X” on his muzzle, and his grey-painted gills twitch, his razor-sharp jaw gritting angrily-
“Ffffrrrrreeeeeemmmmmmaaaaannnnnnn...”
-he growls out, before sinking back into the ocean quietly...-
IC: "A proposal regarding a militaristic alliance. Once involving us and maybe some Ice Tribes."
Wol'jin: Well, I just got involved in an alliance, with the gorillas and the claw republic. Also we are a fire tribe, how do you exactly plan to ally an ice tribe? *They enter Wol'jins office, and the 2 finally sit down* And why exactly my tribe of all the tribes?
Rawlin smiles, "Do you see much room for expansion and economical growth in the future tribes?"

Wol'jin: I am afraid I don't get what your saying? What future tribes? I see room for expansions everywhere, borders are not walls, they can be redrawn. As for economic growth, well everone always grows, so Ill repeat my question, How will you ally with the ice tribes? And why do you want to ally me?

OOC: Oh, I thought you'd said that the sharks only just recently got evolved, like the Outland tribes. The intention was always that the Rays got evolved 1,000 years ago, at the same time as the Chimian tribes. Some Rays were able to crawl onto the land and drink the chi from the continent's chi springs, then fed the chi to the rest of the Rays. Or at least, that was the original explanation, but since you're now saying the sharks got evolved at the same time, it would make more sense for the chi to have flowed into the water, like you said.
I guess the rays would leave the sharks alone as long as they didn't try to move outside their islands to conquer the rays' territory. Possible names for the western continent include Prima and Chirax.
(OOC: Hm, alright, glad we could clear it up. Can’t wait for this new season to start...but a quick question: how are those water tribes gonna conqer the Chimian continent, exactly? )

(OOC: Well, i guess i can’t let this be retconned, as to give them sharks that barbaric feel to them in a temporal sense. The chi was needed for this to happen. And since there was a plentiful amount dropped here, then yes, thats how they rose.)

Showing the civilized Manta tribe that even with around an year or so of quick civilization building for the Sharks, they can handle themselves. Btw, where is Aqua Man when youneed him to defeat your leader, Black Manta? )
