OOC: The Bears will not find New Bat Island. How about, they've surrounded the fleet in the water.
IC: A bat captain steps to the bow of a ship. Bat Captain: "Hello there. Can I help you?"
OOC: Well, that would make sense seeing as how my fleet would have probably caught up with yours before the could get to New Bat Island. IC: Yes captain, you could give me a few good reasons as to why I should not finish off your fleet. I am general Breknik Bastion, new commanding general of the bear army since General Bismarcks disappearence. I have orders to wipe the remaining crawler forces, off the face of Chima due to crimes against the Bear tribe and several others, along with the cruel treatment of hostages. Along with the fact that we are at war and you were planning to do the same to us.
Bat: "I'm afraid to say I see several mistakes in your reasoning. First: We never had hostages. Any tribe we shared land with, we were allies with. The actions of the treacherous Combine (who have since been taken care of) did not reflect the morals of the Crawler Empire. Second: Any wars we had with the Bears were put to an end when we agreed to return your land to you, and, if the lions were in a state of war with the Crawler Empire, they aren't anymore, seeing as the Crawler Empire has now fallen to the Ice Hunters. Why are you Bears still trying to make us extinct even after we became endangered species', and after we gave you Bears all your land back, and after we migrated off of Chima's mainland?! And finally, though we are not affiliated with this new "Republic of the Claw", what you are doing to them must be brought to light. They moved underground to satisfy your need to get them out of Eagle lands, and yet you still harass them. You Bears are also trying to forcefully threaten and pressure the eagles into allying with you, which is, ironically, the exact thing you'd accused us of doing. You want to know why the eagles allied with us bats and scorpions? Well, let me ask you this: where were you Bears when Eagle Spire was attacked by the ravens? None of the inland tribes came to the Eagles' aid; it was us, the "evil" bats and scorpions, who saved that species from utter destruction, and that's why the eagles allied with bats and scorpions: loyalty. You Bears didn't help them in their darkest hour; we did. And yet now, even after the Scorpions went underground, you try to force the eagles to break off all relations with them and ally with you?" The Bat Captain reveals a bag of glowing orange orbs. Bat Captain: "Look, I'll make a deal you can't refuse: we have reason to believe the Icebears will attack your forest. This fire chi is the only hope you have of fighting them. If you stop terrorizing the Outlanders on the sea and underground and let us continue our migration far away from you and your inlands, we'll give you a large supply of this fire chi. If you try to take it by force, we'll launch this bag out a cannon and far, far away. The choice is yours."

"Before we discuss your deal, I would have you realize, that the ravens bombed us as we tried to reach the lions, so we could help them, and before we coul mobilize detatchments to the eagle HQ. Secondly, the scorpions captured a very high ranking bear general, and strapped bombs around him which is very dangerous term, we accepted, secondly, we took back our land, the crawler occupants were either to be destroyed ir leave, they chose the wise choice. And then there is the fact that you believe it ended there. You forget about the MISERY! and the HARDSHIP! the bears went through after the attack and siege of our homes and land. You also seem to forget about how we are not forcing them to become allies, Blitz has simply told Eeran to entertain the idea, which is exrremely gracious, now that you are loosing. Also, you forget, about bear past, you have no idea what relations we bears hold with the ice bears.... It angers me for you to bring it up... And, our attack wasn't against the eagles, it was against the crawler presence there, so you have another mistake, yet again. For the lions no longer being at war with the crawlers, well that's news to me." He signals for a guard to come over to him. He whispers something in his ear. The guard then steps back and sits down. At first his eyes are open, but he then falls soundly asleep. "Now, as for that bag of odd chi... We know where you have obtained it. You have received it from the mystical beings on the floating island. Which, that is our main destination, but, seeing as how your navy is, floundering since your generals death, we thought we should pick up a side bar. No, we shall pick up the chi ourselves. You must give me reasons why not to blow your fleet out of the water, not accusations to make us feel bad about ourselves so we tuck tale and leave."

Personally I disagree with his methods of negotiation, but he's frozen anyway...While we apologize for any hardships you faced, the Crawler Empire had agreed to let the Bears continue to live in your forest with full rights and Imperial citizenship; the destruction of the Bear Cave itself was actually accidental. As for how you got your land back, that is open to debate. We do know of the past between the two Bear species (we read Chima's history in the Eagle library), which is why we're trying to help you in return for the salvation of our endangered species. I suppose you could obtain fire chi at the Phoenix Islands, but I have some reasons why you shouldn't try to exterminate us: we're in the process of migrating far away. We gave your land back, the Ice Hunters defeated our empire, and we're trying to leave." Bat Captain (lowers his voice slightly): "But there is another reason why you shouldn't destroy us, the last nonfrozen bats. During our expeditions, Grand Admiral Balthazar encountered a scout ship from an unknown species that claimed to have a large Empire to the West of the world. The Crawler Empire was a large and powerful enough faction—especially with the alliance of the Eagle and Croc tribes—to defend the eastern continent of Chima and the Outlands from that western empire. But now that those wretched Ice Hunters destroyed our Empire, the inland and Outland tribes are scattered and destabilized by the Hunters. The Forgotten are guerrilla fighters at best, and the Chima Alliance seems to have been getting rocky thanks to the return of Rawlin and the disappearance of the original Lion and Wolf leaders. Due to the recent division of the Scorpions and behavior of the Ice Hunters and inlanders, we bats have given up hope of a united eastern continent. That is why I must implore you to let us pass into the West Sea Regions we've charted; give the Bat Tribe time to regrow away from the wars, and we can hopefully form a defense force to protect the west from the unknown Empire."

Hmmm... The eagles still, though smart as they may be, don't know everything. I don't, like the idea of letting you go so you can come back and then just wipe us out again, oh no! That is a very poor offer indeed! Now, I have an alternative solution, it will require the attendance of you personally. We shall capture your fleet, and bring it in to the Eagle territory, where we shall have a meeting with Blitz, and disxuss your tribes existence, or extinction. It is either that, or we wipe you out here and now. *All the ships guns are raised and aimed at different vessels* There are about 16 bear ships here.
I was an avid reader on the MBs and not a user. You will not recognize me but I will recognize you...
-the surroundings looked awfully beautiful, shines on the rocks, wet sand and lighting affects were all high-tech and cool, as if i were on a movie set. Even the lighting on the Fisherman’s face looked beautiful, even if he were old...-
-armed with these new aquatic weaponry, i could hear distant radio chatter of Overwatch Soldiers above me, the climb was steep and mountainous, i could feel something was up and soon i hear gunfire coming from above and below me, the Fisherman shouting at me-
The Fisherman: “Look out, son! Soldiers are above and below you!” -he shouted-
-I nodded and using these new weapons, i found out they were not your average super-soaker, naw, they were just OP water jets, as i blasted some Combine above me high into the air, and the ones below me dug themselves into watery graves. This weapon is cool, i thought, and grinned, making a few technical jumps and sprints to scale up the vertical surroundings.-
-i arrive to a cliff-top hamlet, church and a few build surround an arena-like plaza, i look up to the bell’s church tower and see the beams of dark light infused with chi flash in the sky from the bell tower, easy, i thought, grabbing an aqueous grenade, and with a good chuck, into the bell tower it went, but i didnt have to be that easy, no... i was tossed out and exploded scalding hot water mid air, i was thankfully under an awning, but that weapon looked cool...-
-there were no others around, oddly enough, but i quickly had to run inside the church to destroy this gun of sorts...-
-but ugnoring the beauty of this odd “HDR” thing i kept hearung from spinning qoute boxes that had developers commentary on that thing, i soon enter the entrance of the church, and see what Combine architecture has taken over the building, seeing through glass floors of Overwatch soldiers adding Chi to the guard-gun to keep it firing on the nearby civilian town. I grunted and soon fired off one of my guns in the room, the Soldiers jutting in response, looking frantically around to see who discharged unwanted fire...-
-They look down below their feet and waved their hands at me that didnt hold a trigger and called into their radios, something about “illegal unauthorized intrusion, Anticitizen 1”, at least i was going to have fun with these new super-soakers, an alarm was sounded and soon, beeping wsd hesrd on another door, it exploded in and more Overwatch soldiers ran in, guns ablazing at me.-
-My suit’s sheild energy was at 100%, so i sprinted by, and hitched a ride in a small elevator to the glass floor above, fending and blasting off the attacking Combine, with the remaining ones on the same floor as I. Soon, i charged them with just my Crowbar alone, swiping and bashing them all into submission until they were out cold.-
-with the Guard-gun in sight, it resuming its destruction automatically without control, i find an exuast port, chuck a nade’ in there, and blow out it’s power-source, knocking the gun out of commission and escaping a crumbling bell tower.-
-rolling out onto the same plaza, i then hear more beeping, and more doors exploding out, followed by more Combine Soldiers marching in in me and attacking, one by one, they didnt survive my more formidable combat skills and survival, but i had to switch tactics once after i heard chopping rotor blades of a lifting off Combine Hunter-chopper. Running out of an entrance and onto a rickety wooden deck, with a Rocket-luancher and box of rockets, i quickly arm myself with those to fight off the attack-heli, diving for cover when occasionally it decided to spray death in my direction.-
-The Fisherman down below could see it all happening, and prayed i survied after this and take out that chopper...-
-after a minute battling with it, it finaly went down and i looked around for a place of exit, sneeking over on some tight-rope and rickety support scaffolding’s, i find a steel basket and jump into it, it softly went down like an elevator and it carried me down to the shore below. The fisherman looked astounded and happy that the island he lives on is now safe from harm.-
-And i arrive back on land on foot, and he greeted me well-
The Fisherman: “Excellent work, boyo! Thanks to you, the Island of St. Olga is saved, thanks to you. I dunno how to award you but uh... hope an arachnid like you loves leeches!” -he said grinning, and he odly began to notice something that i didnt know of until it was too late-
The Fisherman: “Eh, whats that? Your getting fuzzy around the edges! Eh, oh well, it was nice knowing ya...” -and that was the last words i ever heard from him again, as my surrounding vision fades to black, and im stuck in a starry void field, as they streak by me... i grumbled and began to wander around the darkness again, wondering if i’ll get back into the real world... possibly in what remains of the ruins of the Scorpion Caverns...-

The icebear ships, which have been following the bat ships, suddenly charge forward in an attempt to freeze both their enemy fleets. The icebear ships smash into the bear ships, starting to freeze them on impact, and launching ice missiles and pulse blasts onto the decks of the rest of the bear ships. The icebears' attack unintentionally gives the bat ships time to escape, disappearing into foggy unknown waters, never to be seen by the bears again (they use packets of fur and feathers from other tribes, completely masking their scent with the false odors)...
However, before the icebears are able to freeze any of the bear ships in their entirety, 20 blazing gold and red Wing Strikers fly above, finally exploding and sinking the remaining icebear ships with fire chi bombs. The power of the fire chi melts the ice from the bear ships, saving them from a cold fate. Without waiting for thanks or another threat, the bats fly away from the bear ships, disappearing

OOC: Accidental double-post. The Icebear fleet was already wanting to destroy the Bat fleet, so when the Bears stopped the bats in the water, the Icebears took the opportunity to catch up and attack. Of course the bears could've seen the Icebear ships, but then the Icebear ships would still attack the Bear ships and the bats would still have time to escape, so it doesn't really make a difference.

OOC: Well, either way, you would have to post a move for the ice bear ships before they reached us, we stopped them well away of the remaining ice bear ships, and if I recall, they don't have many ships left. Would they really risk their fleet like that? And, if they did... I would see them and have time to make preparations... That would also mean that the beats would make a faster decision before the bears ablitterate their fleet to attack the ice bears. So post a move of the ice bear ships following the bat ships, then post when they are within sight, and then I can react, but you first have to deal with the bats not answering the requests. IC: Breakneck taps his fingers, waiting for a response...

OOC: For reference, here is the description of Skelekar Base:
Skelekar Base
The drydocks and repair facilities are encircled by a large wall with a singular gate. Mounted on the wall are dozens of anti-aircraft and anti-ship turrets. There are also four heavy naval turrets mounted on each side of the harbor. Each of these weapons is powered purely by Chi and fires superheated blasts of said Chi that can melt through a thin layer of almost any metal. A blast from one of the naval guns can wipe a small ship entirely.
As a contingency plan, there is a second layer of walls behind the first that can be elevated, effectively doubling the height of the walls and making it impossible to see over them. Each wall also can be infused with Chi. The Chi-infused walls gain an uncanny level of durability and can shrug off all but the most powerful blasts. Any energy-based attacks are absorbed into the energy field surrounding the walls.
The harbor itself can be closed off by a chain gate, and it is protected by a minefield that covers the sea for several kilometers in each direction. A powerful radar jammer is equipped in the base's command center as well.
IC: As the Crocodile Tribe is on alert for rebel attacks, they are not caught entirely unawares. Most of the submarines dive as soon as they can, and move away from the island. Anti-aircraft weaponry on both ships and the walls open fire on the bombers, while the second wall is elevated.
OOC2: I'll post a more detailed response regarding the ships soon - I just need to work out how many I have.
OOC: Ah! Come on man! This is so unfair, making a post on your defenses after I attacked... Not right bro, not right. Just one thing, wouldnt it take sometime to get men all on the ships? And, I didn't know you could chi infuse walls. Oh, and I was confused when you said, absorbed by the energy field, are you talking about a force field thing? Or just the wall absorbent. IC: The bombers lower guns, aim at the turrets as they fly over. A couple bombers, line up along the walls and start droppong bombs all over the walls with the turrets in a row, dealing heavy damage to the turrets and operantants. The rest of the bombers still concentrate on the ships and other such things I mentioned earlier. A few of the fighters are shot down, but they drop torpedo bombs as well, targeting ships. After that, they continue to attack the turrets.
OOC: The Crocodiles were expecting rebels to attack them at any moment, so they weren't caught by surprise even though it was Bears instead. I believe that's the Chi-infused wall.
IC: A few of the bombers would be downed before coming close enough to drop their cargo, but not all of them. Multiple turrets on the walls go down, but as they are destroyed turrets further along the wall down many of the bombers, which are presenting fairly easy targets due too to the fact that they are following the line of the wall. Several ships are badly damaged and start to sink, while a few others receive lesser damage.
Meanwhile, the submarines move further away from the island, in case of naval assault. Using their sonar systems, they detect all nearby vessels and check that they are not the Bear Fleet. After finding that no naval assault is underway (unless I misread your post to Jgread saying that the entire Bear Navy was pursuing the Bats) they move further out to sea.

OOC: Ah, makes sense. IC: The bombers take heavy losses and are down to half their original number with a couple blown up before they could drop their loads. Bear captain: We are taking heavy losses, request the full force this is it!" Bear promptly falls asleep. Bombers remaining continue to drop loads and fighters attack the turrets.

20 bombers, 10 from the aircraft carriers and 10 from the West Sea base, take off for the Croc HQ with their respective escorts and join the others in the air.

OOC: The Icebear ships were already following/chasing the bats in previous posts. What I'm saying is, even if the bears see the Icebears, it doesn't make a difference. The Bears can't prevent the Icebear ships from starting to freeze their ships, and if the bears started firing at the Bat ships, they'd still all be interrupted and bashed by the Icebear ships, giving the bats time to escape. So how about the Bat ships got heavily damaged by the Bears before leaving. It's still the same outcome either way.
