Yamamoto: Building on the West Sea, is well preferred, it allowed naval vessels to be larger, I suggest going a couple Miles North of Us, and building up a fleet there, always start with a battleship (Bismarck) its the top ship on the market, and would serve as a great flagship for someone as prestiegous as you.

I forgot to update this, so I have a doubled fleet for the bears (except aircraft carrier and battleship), double for gorillas and +20 heavy cruisers (same rule) and no extra subs.
The battleship Unity is to be gifted to the minor tribes for a flagship for them, it will be stationed on aether island until the minor tribes build a port
