*Gorbav and Grand Admiral Yamamoto visit the recently constructed, Naval War museum, where they pay their respects to the sailors, who fought for the nation, their are statues to the 5 admirals of the civil wars, they leave biscuits and flowers there*
An old-style, wooden bear exploration ship travels northwest; going past Bat Island, the ship enters a foggy area of seemingly unexplored reaches.
It does not return...
The ship finally comes back into view, but closer visual inspection through a telescope or binoculars would reveal that the ship is now commanded by filthy pirates. Having made the bears walk the plank (except for any who decided to join the crew), Captain Lyrix now stands at the steering wheel while chanting an old sea shanty. His first mate, Gibbs, stands next to him, looking through a telescope.
*They see someone or something on the shore, flashing a message through morse code, the message reads: Gibbs*
The Wolf Tribe, a short distance away from the Sea, begins constructing a beach-side outpost, with a few modifications.
Wolf Outpost
1) Barracks: This is where everyone sleeps. Three stories tall, two above ground, one below. Rows of bunk beds inside. Everyone has their own bunk.
2) Water Tower: A large wooden water tower for obvious reasons.
3) Grain Silo: A large metal grain silo for obvious bread-making purposes.
4) The Wall: A large ten-foot-tall stone wall that encircles the outpost.
5) Gate: A large wooden steel-enforced gate, where visitors are admitted. This is the only entrance into the outpost.
6) Factory: A large factory specifically designed to manufacture and process whatever is found in the local area, like wood, iron, and glass. Here, by the West Sea, they filter salt water for the salt and the water. In the Great Forest, the factory processes wood and logs into planks and boards, and extracts seeds and saplings from the lumber.
7) Storage Warehouse: A large empty warehouse, waiting to be filled with equipment for survival, goods from the land, and other resources.
8) Garage: A small garage that contains a few battle and transport vehicles.
9) Offices: Large building containing post office, comm and radio office, control offices.
10) Watchtower: Large wooden watchtower with a ladder along one side. A Wolf usually stays up there with a pair of binoculars to keep an eye out for guests, invited or not.
11) Kitchen: Small building, where food is prepared. Residents come by and grab the food to eat somewhere else.
12) Turrets: Manually operated WolfLaser turrets, operated by one Wolf apiece. Fires 1 to 2 shots per second. Each blast is equivalent to the strength of a small grenade.
13) Utilities Building: A building hooked up to every other building, either via wire or pipe. Distributes water and power throughout the outpost.
Additions
1) Ocean: This is the ocean that borders the outpost. 2) Beach: This is the beach upon which the outpost is built. 3) Docks: This is the dock where ships are docked and prepped for battle. It is quite large, and thus can potentially be the location of minor battles. 4) Main Building: Two stories high, this building contains comm units, a storage facility, offices, radio towers, barracks and more. This is where all the ships at sea are connected and coordinated. 5) Construction and Repair Hangar: This is where the ships are built and repaired. Several lifts, machines, and tools fill the hangar, ready to create and patch up ships as needed. 6) Ship Storage Hangar: All the ships that aren't in use or being constructed are stored here. There are also some maintenance tools.

Lyrix turns his head slowly to his first mate. Lyrix: "Aye, some landlubber's calling to ye." Gibbs: "Hm, I'll have a look." Gibbs looks through a telescope at the source, getting a better look at whoever or whatever is contacting him...

*The message continues to be signalled*
Lyrix: "Hmph. I suppose ye should go see who that is." Gibbs: "Aye, captain."
Gibbs detaches a rowboat from the side of the ship, and goes to shore with two other pirates in the boat— one a scorpion, the other a fox.

Trucker: Sir, that's more than my salary.
???: And?
Trucker: Well, sir its going to be a pleasure driving you.
???: *Gets in the car and puts on his proper army attire*
