Nein, the Pokemon have plus one in their physical attack stat and speed stat, so they will hit harder and fly faster than the bats!
The bats have Wing strikers and the Bat Javelin, super fast air vehicles that would fly faster than any flygon.

I mean, by the time of the Fanon-Canon crossover (if it ever does happen), the Great Illumination will have happened, so I doubt the bats would ally with an antagonist tribe.

And with Scordon Freeman, he starts off this event known as the “Fanonance-Cascade”, where Freeman is tasked to carryout an exparament supervised by his superiors where he must insert thiese anomalous fanon-chima materials into Aperture Mesa’s Chi-mass-spectrometer to see what happens when the materials are put under Chi-induced dimensional travel, which is like teleporting them back to where they came from. Sadly, there was too much power into the Chi-Mass-Spectrometer due to recent residual Great Illumination energy which cuased the machine to overload and start the fated “Fanonance-Cascade”. Now, Freeman has to escape the Aperture Mesa Facility alive and well, whilst under attack by the fanon chima tribes, as the dimensional merging event, begins merging the canon Chima landscape with the fanon Chima landscape all Tenkai Knights world merging. If you understand this, then i’ll be very happy to execute this event.
