Bat: "Sorry, no deal. We're doing fine by ourselves and help would be unnecessary. Thanks anyway." The 3 Wing Strikers break up their circle and turn around in unison, heading back to the Bat Naval Command Center as the new battleship is finished being built.
WRM Ravens: "Uuuugggh... Well, back to sucky labors building for us! Well... at least the Aircraft-Carrier is like... 15.5% done... takes too long to build these freaking things!"
*The ravens continue work on the "WRM Razar". Construction is at 25% done.*

OOC: Did you put any of your ships up at the FAC? All ships must be approved there first.
The Croc's industrial strength plateaus as most of their raw materials are suddenly consumed in replacing the lost military vehicles. Skelekar base grows in strength, but naval production has seemingly halted. It's anyone's guess as to why this has happened.
A diplomat is sent from the city to the Lion settlement. An armed escort goes with him.
As the diplomat and his escort travel through the paved roads, the climate slowly starts to become colder and colder, until they reach the marshes and plains atthe town of Vinci, it's grey and pale walls contrasting against rich green plant-life and even paler mists.
They are halted at one of the checkpoints, and are allowed entrance, after a quick check of papers and kind tip to stick to the roads to avoid minefields. At the gates of the town, they are welcomed by a Lion, the governor of the province.

The reptiles shiver in the cold and pull their cloaks closer around them as they enter the town.

The mayor notices their discomfort and leads them in, while he asks them why are they here.

The shipyards of the Vinci-Armstrongs corporation resume their work, as the Lion navy has now commissioned two ships of the Imperium-class. Fifteen watchman-class gunboats are built, along with ten more Regent-class destroyers. The city walls are reinforced in the bastion-style fort, and the nearby airstrip is enlarged.
The massive shipyards continue with their labour, and two of the Regent destroyers are built. More five of the gunboats are finished. However, only 5% of the Imperium battlecruiser has been built.
Five of the small gunboats are finished, two more destroyers are built. As for the battleships, three more are commissioned, and 1/10th of the first battleship is completed.
Magnetic mines are sown around Lion waters, together with several buoys to indicate them. Ships shall have to enter through specific corridors.
(OOC: Excuse me, but aren't you giving their locations AWAY!?!? )
OOC: Look here, mate, the last thing I want is some merchant ship getting blown sky high. The other solution would be to warn every ship about these minefields, and then their positions will leak inevitably. Besides, mines are primarily used as a territory denial weapon, to funnel the enemy into an area, I don't expect them to damage anyone.

(OOC: Sorry for my outburst... i was a little peeved by that detail you sewn. )
