(OOC: Hey, The J ! Mind if the WRM can visit ya bats?)
*The WRM ravens notice some bats working on their navy, so they decided to send some builders over to see if they can strike a deal with them...*
3 Wing Strikers fly above a new battleship being built, and meet the ravens in the sky.
*We'd all seemingly met in the air, hovering around eachother.*
WRM ravens: "Well, it seems we got some flying mammalian customers, boys! Well, what are we going to barter for some of your rare outland materials hm?" -They all said, hoping they would also get some money out of this as well-

WRM Ravens: "Oh it may cost pretty much alot but we'll split the payment. So our construction is like 4.55%, and we could use some help, hey we aren't a sea-faring crew!" -they said, hopefully thinking it will work...-

The shipyards of the Vinci-Armstrongs corporation resume their work, as the Lion navy has now commissioned two ships of the Imperium-class. Fifteen watchman-class gunboats are built, along with ten more Regent-class destroyers. The city walls are reinforced in the bastion-style fort, and the nearby airstrip is enlarged.

Bat: "Sorry, no deal. We're doing fine by ourselves and help would be unnecessary. Thanks anyway." The 3 Wing Strikers break up their circle and turn around in unison, heading back to the Bat Naval Command Center as the new battleship is finished being built.

WRM Ravens: "Uuuugggh... Well, back to sucky labors building for us! Well... at least the Aircraft-Carrier is like... 15.5% done... takes too long to build these freaking things!"

The massive shipyards continue with their labour, and two of the Regent destroyers are built. More five of the gunboats are finished. However, only 5% of the Imperium battlecruiser has been built. Enregistrer
The Croc's industrial strength plateaus as most of their raw materials are suddenly consumed in replacing the lost military vehicles. Skelekar base grows in strength, but naval production has seemingly halted. It's anyone's guess as to why this has happened.
A diplomat is sent from the city to the Lion settlement. An armed escort goes with him.
Large battalions of Bats bring huge pieces of metal across the sky (by carrying the metal in the grabbing wings of their many Wing Strikers). Rather than setting up their navy at the shores of the sea like the other tribes, the bats bring everything to a small island about a mile away from the beach. With so many bats working, a small settlement is built within an hour, made of obsidian and metal painted black. The settlement continues to be expanded, until it becomes a Bat Navy Command Center. Ships and subs begin to be built as more bats fly to the island to assist.
The Bat Navy continues to be expanded, with more and more bats arriving to help build. After a while, this is the current size of the Bat fleet:
