There are many plotholes, the show contradicts itself in matters of lore, such as the Chi, and the fact that the Phoenix didn't do anything when the insects started messing Cavora up. It even contradicts basic science, as the Ice Hunters freeze directed energy blasts. Enregistrer
OOC: But all that stuff was explained. The Phoenix didn't want the crawlers to discover their existence, plus they knew that only the legend beasts could restore the chi falls. Magic always beats science in fiction; The Ice Hunters can freeze anything except fire. That was the whole point.
OOC:
The Chi part was not explained, I also bet the Phoenix could stop the Crawlers in a discrete way, after all, they have been hiding a whole civilisation in literal plain view. And please don't tell me that light can be frozen, or if you like plasma as a weapon, something burning at about the surface temperature of a star can be frozen, while something burning at the maximum of 5,730 °C (10,340 °F) cannot. I am okay with magic, as long as it is coherent. Enregistrer

(OOC: Let's go ask Cave Johnson about those little scientific questions. Honestly, Magic and science meet in chima, and i like it very well. )

OOC: Okay, now I get what you mean about the Phoenix.
But the Ice Hunters can freeze anything except fire. Magic has its own science.

OOC: This topic is rightfully named the great desert *insert sarcasm*
OOC: Weren't there gorillas here? Wait, that's right; there are 20 bats on speedorz facing off against 10 wolves on speedorz. Drakecahill left, so I'll just finish this here:
IC: The bats outnumber and overpower the wolves, knocking all 10 wolves off of their speedorz and defeating them. The 20 Bat speedorz suddenly stop in the middle of the Great Desert, as if waiting for something...

OOC: What about the ones on speedorz who were going towards the Outlands?

IC: The 20 bats hear the sound of 2 armies approaching behind them. Bat: "It's time, finally!" The brotherhood of speedor riders drive forward once more as the Bat and Scorpion armies appear behind them, having walked, rolled, and flown over the Outland Mountains that border Chima's east. Via radio, one of the speedor riders contacts Bliston. Bat: "King Bliston! We kept those snooping wolves out of the Outlands, just as you instructed." Bliston: "Excellent. How many inland tribes have outposts here?" Bat: "Just the wolves and gorillas, your highness. But the wolf outpost has been abandoned. Should we destroy it?" Bliston: "No. If it's abandoned, we will take it over. This former wolf outpost will become the first of many inland Crawler outposts!" Bat: "Copy that, your majesty."
The bats and Scorpions proceed to take over the outpost. All the wolf technology, food, and chi that is still there now belongs to the Bats and Scorpions. A small chunk of bats and scorpions (the 20 speedor-riding bats among them) breaks off from the main legion, staying at the newly-claimed outpost. The wolf tribe flag is burned down, and a flag bearing the symbol of the Crawler alliance is hoisted up in its place. From one of the Bat Javelin's cockpits, Bliston radios Scorm in his royal stinger tank.
{JAMMERS! -Bats and Scorpions - ONLY!} Bliston: "Scorm, our next target is the gorilla outpost here. They are weak, due to the lack of chi to power their weapons, their vehicles, and themselves. We have the chi—we have the upper hand! After we seize or destroy the gorilla outpost, we will have completely taken over the Great Desert!"

-The Gorilla outpost was then suddenly attacked from air, the bats weren't near the outpost, but Scorm hissing in glee, as he saw his newly-developed airforce comprised of a singular attack vtol aircraft, dubbed the "Sting Orca".
Scorm: "Aahh... i guess these scorpion-owned aircraft of MY design will compete against you, Sir Blistion?" -He said, his grin smug and so mockingly-
Scorpio: "Ooh these planes look cool, daddy!" -he beamed, looking dazzled at the fast and quick destruction of the Gorilla outpost before him-
