Sorry, I did not realize this part was in the spoiler.
I believe we can reach a compromise. If we only allow the villains actually seen in the movie than we can keep a lid on things. The villains are: 1. Sauron (Eye of Sauron) - "The Lord of the Rings" 2. The Kracken (Kracken) - Old Mythology 3. Lord Voldemort (Tom Voldemort) - "Harry Potter" 4. Agent Smith (Smith) - "The Matrix" 5. Gill-man (The Creature from the Black Lagoon) - "The Creature from the Black Lagoon" 6. Medusa (Medusa) - Old Mythology 7. Jaws (Jaws) - "JAWS" 8. King Kong (King Kong) - "King Kong" 9. Wicked Witch (The Wicked Witch of the West) - "The Wizard of Oz"
Now we vote. Allow these guys, or ban them to the Phantom Zone forever.
I vote Aye.
I would say no. Though there is a Marvel character called Sauron (Karl Lykos, energy absorption, when he overdoses he turns into a human-pterodactyl hybrid thing). On the same subject though, what about characters that appear in comic books from DC and Marvel but aren't actually a part of the universe (like Star Wars and more importantly, BIONICLE)?
Considering we're not allowing characters that crossover, allowing characters that don't would be a bad idea, to say the least.

Welcome! And,. unfortunately, those fall under the Crossover Act. That means no, they are not allowed. Again, Welcome to Project SHaRP!
OOC: question, what is the crossover act exactly?...
Anything that is not definitely DC and Marvel is not allowed. For example, though DC Comics did the comic books for the BIONICLE series, it's not actually a part of DC Comics universe (though some Toa were once seen in a GL comic).
Better examples would be other characters that these comics have crossed over with such as, Power Rangers, Predator, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe (and Thundercats though they weren't really crossed over with the JL or anything).
So unless the character is from New Earth, Earth-2, Prime Earth, Earth-616 or any other accepted form of Marvel and DC media, it doesn't count.
Question for clarification: I assume guest characters in video games do not count (such as Sub-zero and Scorpion (Mortal Kombat) being guests in Injustice games or Adam West in Batman 3: Beyond Gotham - though I reckon Adam West would be a great NPC who would give you money if you rescued him ).

I think we should stick to Marvel/DC, and maybe other comic books. (Like Hellboy cause that movie was kinda cool...)
There is a planning topic for a Lego Cinematic Universe RP, and I think those characters should stay in that RP.

I would like to claim Deadpool as based on his Ultimate Spiderman/Wolverine vs the Hulk Incarnations. So the PG/PG-13 one that was actually appropriate.

This is a Lego roleplay where you can't maim or kill. We can't have characters that can perform fatalities.
Someone should have Adam West just as a comedy NPC.

Also can we change my status to Anti Hero?
Hero and Anti-Hero are the same caregory. I use Anti-Venom and still count as a hero.

Bruce Wayne is already a character, so unless Torahvision wants to play as 66 Batman, I highly doubt you will see Adam West. And no, crossovers of any kind are not allowed.
