I agree. But a max of two Force users. Emperor and Vader both used the Force.
BTW no one is advocating for 30 lightsabers. It’s not humanly possible to hold that many.
I meant like one person can have one force sensitive as an RPC if they so choose, but only one.
I meant like they had a backpack full of lightsabers and then went onto a ship and "dropped" them above the reactor cores of a ship and then it all went down the toilet from there. But I get what you mean, but someone will try it eventually. maybe not when we're around but someone will so it'd be best to nip it in the bud before it grows later

yeah that's a general outline I just posted it, for now we are going to revise it a lot before then I'm just trying to figure out who gets what so I can actually see it. we'll edit it before we actually reboot. before hand everyone had planets everywhere and it was Mass Chaos trying to send troops to far out places (Like Liannia for the Empire) and people ended up quitting because of that. As I would not like to follow in those footsteps I'd like to keep every faction in one sector making it easier to maintain your troops and what not, on the same side being able to control traffic flow and what not.

meh just say that they're stolen and have Incom be self service indefinitely. but It'd be nice to keep all the Empire in one sector and all the rebels in another and so on and so forth, if it's a big deal I"ll just find another planet lol

A few questions before I claim a planet and get my faction started:
Am I allowed to have a character that can use Force powers/wield a double-bladed lightsaber if I keep it within reason? Can I make up my own system and npc's who control it?

I am of no authority to answer those.
You are able to use a force sensitive character as long as he she can only use Push, Pull, Choke/Lightning (Pick one you can't use the other) Super Jump thingy and that's about it. only a max of two lightsabers per PC and usually your PC controls your forces not an NPC. I'd suggest making a few PCs as just one is kinda hard to control all your forces.
if you want a planet first tell me what sector and then we'll hook you up with some planets. I'd prefer if you used just the polanets that I have listed but if we must we can add some
