The one I mentioned before where they talked about balance.
Hmm...Don't know if that is significant.
Probably isn't, but could be. They're definitely going to be making a move towards a more balanced, rather than pure light, interpretation of the Force, though, which sounds VERY much like the Chosen One.
Yes, it definitely could be. I'll see if I can find the short story online and read it. Anything in particular you would like ideas on? Setting, characters, etc?
I was thinking of the plot....what if Bazine is hired by the First Order to....steal something...or assassinate someone?
Well, here's an idea, not sure if it'll strike your fancy, though, so nix it if you don't like it, and I'll suggest something else... We know that the First Order acquired most of the map to Luke from Imperial archives or something along those lines, so what if the story is her dong that acquiring? Maybe a gang or the Hutts have taken over the planet with those parts of the map, and she needs to steal it?
More like expecting America to follow Britain's laws, because we broke off of Britain to become our own country.
The Old Republic had a lot of flaws.
True, I was just saying that they're not the same country and aren't required to follow the same laws as that of another.
Oh, yeah, it had lasted a thousand years, so it was bound to become flawed and a bit bloated. What existed before the Republic?
In canon, little is known, but Legends showed some ancient Jedi vs. Sith wars. That could be an interesting time period to wirte about. Pre-Republic era.
Ignore everything I say, to the best of your ability.
I kinda am okay with it if you are actually planning on buying the DVD or Blu-Ray. But it's theft and copyright infringement if you never buy the movie officially.
Ignore everything I say, to the best of your ability.
{JAMMERS! -Stephanie- ONLY!}I consider myself an atheist, actually.
I just typically like every post I reply to even if I don't necessarily agree with the post I'm replying to. So if you get likes on things that seem a little weird, it's just me being weird.
I'm still not fond of the idea... It's TOO obvious to me. If you're teasing a reveal for two years in between films, just to make it the obvious one, it'd be disappointing. I DEFINITLELY do not want Rey Kenobi, though.
Mhm. Plus it'd be too coincidental, and kinda take away from the character a bit, IMO, if he discovered his family's identity. One of his most interesting aspects is that he was taken from them and never got to know them. Finn's a really underrated character, too... Everyone was talking about Kylo and Rey after TFA, but Finn's really cool.
Oh, you mean the kneeling down guy... It's possible, but I doubt it. According to a reliable source, Snoke is around 8 or 9 feet tall, which would rule out a human. Also, we know he's been active in the Force for a very long time, which also makes me think he's not human. I really, really like the idea of Plagueis, but I think they confirmed its not him.
I honestly would... I don't foresee Han coming back. I think that was Ford's last SW film.
Daisy Ridley did say that she thought Rey's identity was very obvious. She didn't know there was any mystery about it. Rey Kenobi has no evidence, and there are so many branches to it. Some think he married Duchess Satine, had Sabine Wren (but I thought she was of the house of Pre Visla) and she married Ezra and had Rey.
Yeah, Finn is not the son of Han Solo contrary to what I've heard. And he is awesome...a stormtrooper able to handle Kylo well in a duel.
Eh, nobody knows Snoke's size. I think Plagueis is possible...but..I thought it was confirmed Snoke was human. I heard somewhere a while back that before Snoke got his facial scars he was handsome.
Thing is he always did get brought back..so I dunno. He was supposedly gone in Empire Strikes Back, but they brought him back. Ford wanted "Those teddy bear things" to kill him in ROTJ.
Yeah, I know... Which is why I'm inclined to agree with you... I just don't like it. I absolutely hate all of the connection to Ezra theories. I don't want the Rebels cartoon to be connected to the new Trilogy. Maybe she's related to Snoke.
I would be genuinely surprised if we found out Kylo and Finn were related at all. Its possible, but it'd feel weird, and kinda forced if we got TWO major reveals about who people are related to, for both Finn and Rey.
Well, this source (which is REALLY reliable... They predicted like half the plot of TFA and got it all correct. They have contacts in Lucasfilm.) said that they're using a puppet like Yoda for Snoke in TLJ, and that he's going to be around that height... They also gave more details I can look up, if you're interested. It's the same source Trenzy used for all of the info he got before TFA. Well handsome doesn't neccesarily mean human.
Well, it's a bit different if someone wants their character killed, that if they are actually shown to be on screen.
Yup. It made you realize that the two faces of the X-Men are gone forever, but shall live on.
Well, I've only seen 2 X-Men movies before that one and that movie was still powerful.
I only watched the first X-Men (didn't complete some parts), a few minutes of X-Men 2 (there was a movie marathon at this time), also a bit of X-Men 3 (first time was when I was a kid, and I saw Professor X's death, though it's obvious that he was still alive), pretty much a bit of the rest of the X-Men movie (excluding The Wolverine and Days of Future Past, which I actually completed. Though I skipped a bit of The Wolverine), half of Apocalypse, and all of that X-Men movie we're talking about.
The April 26 release is in my country, though. I'll be seeing it on first day (not the advanced screening which happens on the day before) and I'll try to write a review here. Of course, no spoilers.
I'll be anxiously awaiting your review.
I think I'll start posting spoilerless reviews of new movies here as well, actually.
Will do my best to post it within that day or on the next day.
You've seen the episodes too?! I never did. xD Of course, there are comic references too. All Batman stuff were referenced in it.
Um...because a clear copy was already released (with Korean subtitles for some reason)?
Only because they were on TV every week for a loooong time. XD Awesome! I wasn't sure if it was just films and TV series.p
Thats... Weird. BTW, I've been wondering, when they release American films in the Phillipines, do they just leave them in English, or do they do Filipino dubs or subtitles? I know one of your languages is English, so I'd guess the first, but I'm not sure.
Really? Maybe it's because I'm in a different country, so they don't air here.
They leave it in English. All promotions are still in English. The dubs are only on TV, although the most popular movie channels leave it in English. The Filipino dubs are honestly a bit stupid and really funny. xD However, sometimes, the distributor will be different (for indie films, at least).
As for the case of Kong: Skull Island, the version I watched is from South Korea, I think. The copy I watched was English with Korean subtitles, same with a certain X-Men movie I discussed with Brian.

Is it weird that I've become obsessed using Siri? xD Everytime I say Computer, she says, "I am at your service, Lego Batman sir." or "Hello, sr. Alfred is on the 17th floor, caulking the tiles in the second bathroom of the fifth master bedroom." xD
I read about this somewhere, where you ask her, "What do my pets do when I am not at home?", and she responds to you saying, "Well, in a few words, woof woof meow chirp chirp tweet, meow meow ruff." or something like that.
